‘Dhurandhar’ is showing no sign of stopping at the box office. In such a situation, the two actors of the film are overjoyed and their attitude has changed amid this success. The film’s lead actor Ranveer Singh and villain Akshay Khanna have stepped away from their upcoming films. On one hand Ranveer Singh has walked out of ‘Don 3’, while on the other hand Akshay Khanna has left ‘Drishyam 3’.

Ranveer Singh is no longer a part of Farhan Akhtar’s film ‘Don 3’. Earlier there were reports that due to the success of Dhurandhar he no longer wants to do a film like ‘Don 3’. But now information has come to light that due to some creative differences and disagreements with the makers, Ranveer has decided to walk out of ‘Don 3’.

In an interview to India Today, a source said, ‘Actually, this is a completely different story. After three big flops, Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar offered him Don 3. Sanjay Leela Bhansali had discontinued Baiju Bawra considering him unmarketable at that time, yet he continued to support Ranveer. Don 3 is the most talked about franchise and Ranveer was replacing not only Shahrukh Khan but also veteran actors like Amitabh Bachchan. This is a dream role for any actor.

The source further said- ‘Farhan was the only filmmaker who expressed confidence in Ranveer when everyone else had backed down. This was at a time when Dhurandhar had not even been released.

Akshay Khanna out of ‘Drishyam 3’
On the other hand, if reports are to be believed, veteran actor Akshay Khanna has also left Ajay Devgan starrer film ‘Drishyam 3’. According to a report in Bollywood Machine, the makers did not agree to the fee that Akshay Khanna was demanding for ‘Drishyam 3’. There were also creative differences between Akshay and the makers, after which the actor stepped away from ‘Drishyam 3’. However, Akshay Khanna is also trying to reach a mutual agreement with the makers.
