Rebecca explains that if you want to know your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate), TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) and the correct micro breakdown, i.e. how many calories you should take in a day and in what ratio of protein, carbs and fat, then ChatGPT can tell all this instantly. All you need to do is enter the correct information and the correct prompt. <br /><strong>1. Get your BMR, TDEE and macros calculated &#8211;</strong> Rebecca says that ChatGPT can prepare an accurate calorie target for you by taking information related to your body, age and lifestyle. For this, you have to write to ChatGPT and ask them to calculate my BMR, TDEE, and ideal calorie plus macro goals to reduce fat.
