It is also written that fill E-Challan with the official website and app of the Transport Department or in the nearest traffic police office.

A file is sent in this message, which is named E-Challan Report, Parivahan, Challan etc.

This is not a PDF extension, but a file with APK extension.

APK is used for extension apps, which simply means that it is a fake, malicious app, which can be installed in your phone as soon as it is downloaded.

After installing, this fake app can help scammers to access your phone’s SMS, call log and OTP or give it remote access. In this way your private details may be stolen or your bank account may be empty.
