Meetings of various cells were organized at the BJP office in Patna, the capital of Bihar, on Sunday (07 December), which was presided over by State President and State Industries Minister Dilip Jaiswal. During this, he said that ‘Bihar Industrial Security Force’ (BISF) will be formed in Bihar on the lines of Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). BISF will be formed in Bihar on the lines of CISF

Speaking as the Industries Minister, he said, “‘Bihar Industrial Security Force’ (BIS) will be formed in Bihar on the lines of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). A proposal for this will be sent to the government soon. A separate security system is necessary so that investors can fearlessly invest in Bihar and set up industries.

What will be the purpose of formation of BISF?

He further said, “The main objective of BISF will be to provide security to entrepreneurs and industries investing in the state. After the formation of the new government, a new environment has been created among the investors and they are eager to invest heavily and set up industries in Bihar.

Referring to the meeting held with Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, he said that the government has two main priorities-

• rule of law
• employment to youth

He said that under these priorities, the Industries Department has been instructed to work expeditiously on the roadmap and time-bound program.

In view of the uproar by the opposition, the proceedings of the Lok Sabha have been adjourned till Tuesday (December 02, 202). A joint manifesto was released by the NDA on Friday (October 31, 2025) regarding the Ghobihar Assembly elections (2025). Many big promises have been made to the people of Bihar in this manifesto. Information about the manifesto was given in a press conference at Hotel Maurya located at Gandhi Maidan in Patna.

On this occasion, BJP National President JP Nadda, Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, Bihar BJP State President Dilip Jaiswal and Dharmendra Pradhan were present. Didi will make one crore women lakhpati

Regarding the manifesto, Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary said that more than one crore government jobs and employment will be provided. Bihar will be established as a global skilling center with mega skill centers in every district. The government will provide assistance of up to Rs 2 lakh to women under the Chief Minister Mahila Rozgar Yojana. Work will be done to make one crore women Lakhpati Didi. We will also start Mission Crorepati.

It has been said in the manifesto that assistance up to Rs 10 lakh will be given to various business groups of extremely backward class. A high-level committee will be formed under the chairmanship of a Supreme Court judge, which will assess the social and economic condition of various castes of the most backward class and give suggestions to the government to take appropriate steps for the empowerment of these castes.

Karpoori Thakur Kisan Samman Nidhi will be started. Through this, farmers will be given a benefit of Rs 9000 per year. There will be an investment of Rs 1 lakh crore in agri-infrastructure. All major crops will be able to be purchased at MSP at the Panchayat level.

Promise made to build seven expressways

It is mentioned in the manifesto that Bihar Gati Shakti Master Plan will be presented. Seven expressways will be built. 3600 kilometers of railway track will be modernized. Amrit Bharat Express and Namo Rapid Rail service will be expanded. Metro will start in 4 new cities.

New Patna will have greenfield cities and satellite townships in major cities. The birthplace of Maa Janaki will be developed as a world class spiritual city ‘Sitarampur’. There will be international airports in Darbhanga, Purnia and Bhagalpur. Domestic flights will start from 10 new cities. State-of-the-art manufacturing units and 10 new industrial parks will be developed in every district. Along with this, many more announcements have been made.

Grand alliance had released the manifesto on 28th

The manifesto was issued by the Grand Alliance on October 28. The common manifesto of the grand alliance has been named ‘Tejaswi Pran’. Many big promises have been made in this manifesto of the opposition like implementing the old pension scheme, making an Act for a government job for every household within 20 days of the formation of the government. Tejashwi Yadav has given a statement that he will even sacrifice his life to fulfill this ‘pledge’.
