Inquilab Manch has announced a complete blockade in all the divisional cities of Bangladesh from today (28 December). Protests have intensified in the country demanding justice for student leader Sharif Usman Hadi and demonstrations are being organized by Inquilab Manch outside the capital Dhaka as well.

According to Bangladeshi newspaper ‘The Daily Star’, the organization said in a Facebook post that the blockade will start at 11:00 am local time on Sunday. According to the report of Prothom Alo, this announcement was made from Shahbagh intersection of the capital, where Inquilab Manch was protesting since Friday. On Saturday, mainly Inquilab Manch activists blocked roads in Dhaka, Sylhet, Chattogram and Kushtia and staged sit-ins demanding justice for Hadi, according to local media reports.

Tariq Rehman visited Hadi’s grave
The protesters who occupied Shahbag after Friday afternoon Friday prayers in Dhaka went to the front of Aziz Supermarket and allowed BNP leader Tariq Rahman to visit Hadi’s grave in Dhaka University area, the Daily Star reported. The protesters returned to Shahbag around 12:40 pm, causing a complete halt to vehicular traffic.

Inquilab Manch MP warned
Inquilab Manch MP Abdullah Al Jaber, while addressing the gathering in Shahbag, accused the government of not taking action and warned of intensifying the movement. “Today we are in Shahbag; tomorrow we can capture Jamuna (the residence of the Chief Advisor), Parliament or even the cantonment,” he said, according to the Daily Star.

Criticizing the government’s inaction, Jaber said that despite the protest continuing since Friday, no advisor has come to the protest site. “People were shivering from the cold on the streets while advisors were sleeping in their homes,” he said. He further said that public trust in the government is decreasing.

India rejected the misleading propaganda being spread by the Bangladeshi media regarding the protest in front of the Bangladesh High Commission in New Delhi and asserted that there was no security breach during the protest nor was there any threat to the diplomatic mission.

India’s External Affairs Minister said only a few protesters had gathered outside the High Commission for a short time to express outrage over the killing of Dipu Chandra Das in Bangladesh’s Mymensingh district and demand protection for minorities in the South Asian country.

What did Randhir Jaiswal tell?
Foreign Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal refuted reports of an attempt to infiltrate the campus, saying, ‘We have seen misleading propaganda about this incident in some sections of the Bangladeshi media. The truth is that on December 20, about 20-25 youth gathered in front of the Bangladesh High Commission in New Delhi and raised slogans against the heinous murder of Dipu Chandra Das in Mymensingh, and also demanded protection of all minorities in Bangladesh.

He further said, ‘At no time was any attempt made to break the fence or create a situation of insecurity. The police deployed at the spot dispersed the group within a few minutes. The visual evidence of these incidents is publicly available for all to see. He further said and emphasized that India is committed to the security of foreign diplomats and their missions in accordance with the Vienna Convention.

M Tauheed Hussain warned
Dhaka rejected India’s comments and claimed that how the protesters were allowed to come so close to the installation located in a secure diplomatic zone. In a statement, Bangladesh’s foreign affairs advisor M Tauheed Hossain warned that Dhaka would reduce its diplomatic presence in India if the situation worsens.

“With regard to the Indian press note, we completely reject it, absolutely reject it,” state news agency Bangladesh Sangabad Sangastha (BSS) quoted M Tauheed Hossain, foreign affairs adviser to the interim government, as saying at a media briefing on Sunday. This issue has been presented as if it is very simple, whereas in reality it is not so.

Bangladesh raised questions
He raised the question, ‘How can a group of 25 to 30 people, said to be related to a Hindu extremist organisation, reach such a sensitive area.’ He further said that under normal circumstances this should not have been possible unless he was allowed to go there. Regarding the statement of the Foreign Ministry, Hussain said that they say that there might have been 20-25 people, but this is not the issue.

Whenever children study, parents motivate them by telling them to reduce their sleep and work harder until they achieve their goal, so that they can be successful in the future. There is even a saying in India that ‘what is sowat is khowat, what is the world is pawat’. This means that a lazy person loses opportunities whereas a hardworking person becomes successful.

However, in Indian homes this proverb is linked to sleep, so that children sleep less and concentrate more on their studies. Many researches and reports believe that good sleep of children or students makes them more efficient in studies and their memory also remains healthy. That is why many big and prominent neuroscientists have called sleep the “hidden superpower of students”.

MIT study: Real benefits of sleep during exams

A study by MIT (which was published in npj Science of Learning) revealed a surprising thing that if a student takes good and proper sleep during his exam, then that student is not wasting his time but good sleep will help that student to focus on studies. Research has shown that studying one night before an exam or a long sleep is not as useful for students as good sleep for the whole month.

Singapore study: good sleep and mental health

In a research published in Frontiers in Psychology, a study was conducted on Singapore students, in which it was found that students who get good sleep have better mental development. In those students, there is much less anxiety regarding studies, the mood remains stable and the mind remains calm. It is natural that if the mental health of a student is better then his performance in studies will also improve. If a student does not get good quality sleep, his mental health remains poor, making it difficult to perform better in studies.

Body clock and the role of circadian preference

According to a research, the better performance of a student also depends on whether the student wakes up early in the morning to work or works better by staying awake at night. This is called the natural body clock or circadian preference. When a student has to study or attend classes at a time that does not match his nature, his brain does not function properly and hence his performance falls.

Carnegie Mellon report: Less gold loss

According to a study by Carnegie Mellon University, if a student sleeps less than 6 hours to improve his studies and perform well in the exam, then a “Sleep Debt” starts accumulating in his brain, due to which it becomes very difficult to perform better in studies and give his 100 percent in any work. The student’s concentration in studies, his memory and thinking ability all begin to weaken.

Power Nap: Instant Energy for the Brain

It has been proved in many researches that if a student takes a power nap in between his long hours of study, then the brain gets instant energy. This freshens the mood, increases creative thinking and increases focus in subjects like mathematics and science. Apart from this, memory becomes stronger. Therefore, taking a power nap of half an hour in between studies is necessary for the better performance of the student.

The International Criminal Tribunal (ICT) on Monday sentenced former Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to death in the case of crimes against humanity. Immediately after this decision, the atmosphere in Dhaka worsened. In the capital which was already struggling with violence, Hasina’s supporters and opponents came face to face, due to which ruckus and clashes started in many areas.

Dhanmandi became a conflict zone
As soon as the court’s decision came out, Hasina’s supporters took to the streets in protest and started raising slogans. On the other hand, opposition groups gathered in large numbers and started demanding immediate hanging of Hasina. The violent clash between the two sides took place in ‘Dhanmondi 32’ area of Dhaka when some students of Dhaka College were trying to enter the area with two bulldozers. They were announcing on loudspeaker that after the verdict they would demolish Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s old house. Hasina’s supporters tried to stop her, after which the situation worsened. Police reached the spot and released sound grenades to disperse the crowd and increased the security of the area.

Security tightened at historic Dhanmondi 32
Dhanmondi 32 is the home of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, father of Sheikh Hasina and founder of Bangladesh, which has now been converted into a museum. In view of the possibility of violence, military personnel have been deployed in this area so that the museum can be protected from any kind of damage. Dhanmondi Police Station Operations Officer Abdul Qayyum said that the students who brought the bulldozer were stopped on the main road itself. He said that he was not allowed to enter the restricted area. Even before the announcement of Hasina’s sentence, a large number of supporters had gathered outside Dhanmondi 32 so that no opposition group could damage this house.

Awami League’s bandh, ‘shoot at site’ ordered in the capital
Sheikh Hasina’s banned party Awami League has announced a two-day bandh in protest against the tribunal’s decision. For the last few days, crude bomb blasts have been taking place continuously in Dhaka and surrounding areas. The headquarters of Grameen Bank has also been attacked with a crude bomb. In view of the increasing tension, the interim government has issued orders to shoot at sight. Strict instructions have been given to the security forces to take immediate action against rioters, arsonists and those spreading violence. Despite this, the situation in the capital remains very serious.

Tribunal’s statement – Hasina responsible for thousands of deaths
A three-member bench of the ICT, headed by Justice Golam Murtaza Mojumdar, said Sheikh Hasina had directly ordered the violence to suppress the student movement in July and August last year. He said that during the movement, 1,400 students were killed, about 24,000 people were injured and bombs were dropped on peacefully protesting students. The court says that this widespread violence was carried out on the instructions of Hasina and that she was the “key conspirator” of this entire operation. When the situation worsened during the student movement, Sheikh Hasina came to India and has been living here since then.

Hasina’s emotional message before the verdict
Before the sentencing, Sheikh Hasina issued an audio message to her supporters. In this he rejected all the allegations against him and said that he was not afraid of any punishment. He said that life has been given to him by Allah and taking it back is only the right of Allah.

The wave of dissatisfaction in Pakistan Occupide Jammu and Kashmir (Pojk) has now spread to Islamabad. Police took alleged barbaric action at the National Press Club (NPC), which has revealed incidents of lathicharge and damage to media equipment. This action took place during the protests organized by the Kashmir Action Committee. The demonstration was being done against alleged atrocities and internet blackouts in Pojk.

On Thursday, Islamabad Police raided the NPC and forcibly entered the campus and attacked protesters and journalists. The police lathi -charged and destroyed many media equipment. This action has created resentment across the country. The protesters were voicing their rights in a peaceful manner, but the strict action of the police made the situation more sensitive.

Human rights organizations condemned

Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) strongly condemned the attack. HRCP wrote on social media that raids on NPC and attack on journalists should be immediately brought under investigation and those responsible should be punished according to the law. The incident has created heavy resentment between human rights groups and media.

What did Zaid Gishkori, senior journalist of Pakistan say

Senior Pakistan journalist Zaid Gishkori reprimanded the officials and said that this action has raised serious questions. He asked how the house of journalists became unsafe for those who have no safe place to protest. At the same time, former Pakistan envoy in the United Nations Maliha Lodhi also described the raid as “condemnable” and demanded accountability of the responsibilities.

The incident is drawing international attention to the state of human rights in Pojk and the ongoing protest there. It is a clear indication that dissatisfaction in Pojk is not only limited to the local level, but it is also affecting the capital of Pakistan and the political and social environment there.

At least 12 civilians have died due to security forces being shot at protesters in Pakistan-promoted Kashmir (POK). The region has been facing the biggest protests in recent years. These demonstrations started against not meeting 38 major demands of the government, but now it has turned into a broad movement against arbitrary and other atrocities of the army.

On Thursday, the protest entered its third day. There was a clash between the protesters and the army in Dadiyal, while the government deployed thousands of additional soldiers to control the situation. Apart from Muzaffarabad, the violence has spread to Rawalakot, Neelam Valley and Kotli.

Meeting of Joint Awami Action Committee

Chaudhary Anwarul Haq and Federal Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Tariq Fazal Chaudhary on Wednesday invited the United Awami Action Committee (JAAC) to negotiate to establish peace between the protesters and the government. According to reports, 5 protesters were shot dead in Muzaffarabad, 5 in Dhirkot and 2 in Dadiyal. Apart from this, at least 3 policemen have also been killed. More than 200 people have been injured, many of whom are in critical condition.

The demonstration is being led by the Jammu and Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee (AAC), and due to this, life has stopped in the entire PoK. The main reason for this movement is the demand to abolish 12 assembly seats, which are reserved for Kashmiri refugees living in Pakistan. Other demands include tax relief, flour and subsidy on electricity, and development projects.

Markets, shops closed from September 29

Markets, shops and local businesses are closed since 29 September. Mobile, internet and landline services are also completely closed. Thousands of people are demonstrating, throwing stones and dropping large containers, which were tried to stop march by putting on bridges.

In other cities, despite the security arrangements, the protesters took out marches and raised slogans like “Rulers, Beware, We Are Your Doom” and “Kashmir is Ors, we will decide its fate”. This is the first time that PoK citizens are directly targeting the Pakistani government and the army.

Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that the government is ready to solve the issues and a dialogue committee has been formed to establish peace. He also directed to take restraint with the protesters.

Also, the United Kashmir People’s National Party (UKPNP) spokesman Nasir Aziz Khan appealed to the United Nations and the international community for immediate intervention. He said that human rights crisis can arise in PoK and member countries should take action under their international agreements. Prior to this development, 30 civilians were killed in the airstrikes of Pakistan Air Force in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, causing this tension to increase further.

The markets are closed for the second day on Tuesday (September 30, 2025) in Pakistan’s captured Kashmir (POK) and people are gathering on the streets and protesting against the Pakistani government. On Monday, Pakistan -backed organization and paramilitary force opened fire on Kashmiris, in which 2 people died. For this reason, today Kashmiris have blocked the roads connecting the Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan with PoK at the entry point of PoK.

Kashmiris blocked Kohla Entry Point
In the photographs with ABP News, it can be clearly seen that Kashmiris connecting Kohla Entry Point which connects Abotabad of Muri city of Pakistani Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwah with Muzaffarabad, have completely blocked it with the help of big stones and containers, so that no outsider of Pakistan can enter the Pakistan Cabbles.

Protests by closing shops in full Pok
After the violence on Monday, the Kashmiris had decided to completely cut the PoK from Pakistan, besides closing shops in the entire POK. Apart from blocking borders, people of Mirpur, Muzaffarabad, Rawalkot, Kotli are on the streets and are shouting slogans against the Pakistani government.

Performance outside Pakistani High Commission in London
In view of the rebellion of Kashmiris in PoK, the puppet government of PoK has also stopped internet and calling services throughout the PoK, so that the rebellion going on in PoK does not come to the world. However, in many high yogas of Pakistan located abroad, migrants of Pakistani Qaze are opposing.

PoK migrants protested fiercely against the Pakistani government for about 2 hours on Monday outside the London -based Pakistani High Commission.

Today, there are conditions like civil war in Pakistan’s occupied Kashmir, people are beating Pakistani police and paramilitary forces Frontier Corps, snatching their sticks, helmets, shields and traders of Kashmir, who are troubled by the Pakistani government, have closed shops and put up shops in the entire POK.

Be it Mirpur or Muzaffarabad or Rawalkot. Shops are closed everywhere and people are on the streets against the Pakistani government. Today, under the banner of Awami Action Committee in Pakistan’s captured Kashmir, the Pakistani government has started shutdown and demonstrations against discrimination against Kashmiris from today. To crush this bandh, the Pakistani government has deployed more than 2 thousand Paramilitary Frontier Corps and Islamabad Police personnel in the entire Pakistani occupation Kashmir.

Heavy ruckus in Muzaffarabad, the capital of PoK
In exclusive photographs from Kohla area of Muzaffarabad, the capital of PoK, it was seen that during the protest against the Pakistani government, Kashmiris beat up the personnel of Frontier Corps under Pakistan’s Home Ministry, looted their goods after which the police along with paramilitary stoned the protesters.

People on the streets, slogans against Pak government
While shops are closed on one side in the entire PoK, people are shouting slogans against the Pakistani government on the streets and are asking for their rights. In fact, projects like Mangala Dam, Neelam -Zhelam Project generate electricity from PoK land and rivers, but Kashmiri people get no electricity benefit and out of 60 percent of the electricity generated, electricity is sent to Punjab province and other parts of Pakistan.

In the PoK Vidhan Sabha, 12 members are nominated by the government of Pakistan who have come to PoK from Kashmir with India, they say that these seats suppress the voice of the local people and Pakistan uses them to serve their political interests. By the way, since independence, Pakistan has exploited Kashmir and Kashmiris ever since Pakistan has captured the areas of Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan.

‘Rice Rs 301 and flour 110 kg’
Instead of creating a large university and medical college in PoK, the government of Pakistan set up camos of terror in PoK. Today there are only 6 government colleges in PoK and 2 medical colleges where there is a lack of facilities at all times, while POK has more than 12 big training camps like Abdullah bin Masood with the help of the Government of Pakistan and the army alone and there are training camps like Markaz Shohda e Kashmir of more than 20 medium size.

There is also a demand for people protesting against the Pakistani government that the government should subsidize them on flour, rice, lentils, because at this time in PoK, rice is Rs 301 kg, flour is Rs 110 kg, lentils of lentils Rs 360 kg and pigeonic dal 710 Pakistani rupees, whereas if compared to India, if you compare with India, then India’s premium kg of Rs. 110 kg, Rs. The lentils are Rs 112 a kg.

Nepal’s newly appointed Prime Minister Sushila Karki announced on Sunday (September 14, 2025) that those killed in the agitation led by Gen Z will be officially honored as martyrs. In his first national address after taking charge, Karki made this announcement. He said that his interim government would support the victim families and recognize the sacrifice of the youth.

He said, “I have been deeply saddened by the loss of families, especially from families who have lost their school and college -going children. Those killed during the performance of Generation Z will be declared martyred. Their families will get financial assistance of Rs 10 lakh and the injured will also be assisted.” He also informed that it has been decided to arrange vehicles for people wishing to take the dead bodies to their local areas.

‘Me and my team did not come here to taste power’

The 73 -year -old former Chief Justice and Nepal’s first woman Prime Minister Karki stressed that her administration is designed not to hold power, but to stabilize the country during an unstable transition period. He said, “Me and my team have not come here to taste power. We will not stop for more than 6 months. We will hand over the responsibility to the new Parliament. We will not get success without your support.”

Protests started from Kathmandu on 8 September

Addressing the nation, Karki called for solidarity to deal with Nepal’s political and economic crises. Let us know that on September 8, after the controversial social media ban in Kathmandu, protests started across the country. Seeing the protest against corruption, unemployment and inequality in Nepal, it was not known when it turned into violent protests.

51 people died

KP Sharma Oli had to resign from the post of Prime Minister due to Gen Z’s aggressive stance. He is currently living in Shivpuri in Kathmandu under the patronage of the Nepali Army. At least 51 people were killed and more than 1,300 injured in the clashes between the protesters and the police.

The Indian Air Force is going to carry out a major maneuvers at China-Nepal Tri Junction amid unrest and political chaos in Nepal. The Air Force has also issued a notem regarding maneuvers at TRAI Junction of China and Nepal in Uttarakhand in the last week of this month.

At this TRAI junction, India’s lipulekh and black water area is, which was shown by Nepal’s (East) Prime Minister’s P. Sharma Oli in his Nepal map, stating that disputed. The Air Force has not publicly shared any official information about this exercise going on in Uttarakhand from 22 to 30 September, but in view of recent similar exercises, it may include the participation of fighter aircraft, advanced flight operations and assessment of military preparations.

Bareilly airbase will operate maneuvers
It is believed that the Central Command of the Air Force will operate this exercise from Bareilly airbase. Noteem (notice to airman) has been issued before this exercise. The purpose of the notem is to make the civil journey safe, that is, it is a notice through which the aircraft do not use pilots, where the maneuvers is going on.

P. Sharma Oli of China’s most favorite face (former PM) in Nepal is no longer in power, but Oli left no stone unturned to spoil the relationship with India. While in power of Oli, Nepal released a disputed map, in which Lipulekh of India was described as Nepal. In the new map of Nepal on his new currency note, Kathmandu shown the disputed Kalapani, Lipulekh and Limpiadhura in the Nepali border.

Peace system in Nepal is very important for India
KP Sharma Oli had to resign from the post of PM due to Jane Zee’s rebellion this week in Nepal. In view of anarchy, the Nepali army has taken over security and efforts are being made to form an interim government. Due to being a neighboring country, peace and order in Nepal is also very important for India, because a country like Pakistan can take advantage of Nepal’s unrest. In such a situation, the Air Force will review its preparations through its practice.
