Asian Paints

The country’s largest paint company Asian Paints has declared a dividend of Rs 4.50 on every share for its investors. The record date for this is November 18, while the payment date has been fixed as November 27. That means by this date the dividend money will be transferred to the demat account of the investors. Earlier, the company had made profit to the investors by giving a dividend of Rs 20.55 on every share in FY25.

Ashok Leyland

Ashok Leyland, a big company in the auto sector, is also going to give dividend to its investors. The company will pay a dividend of Re 1 on every share of face value of Re 1. The record date for this also is 18th November, while the payment to the investors will be made on or before 11th December.

Info Edge

Naukri.com’s parent company Info edge (India) Limited has announced a dividend of Rs 2.40 on every share. Its record date has been kept as 21st November. The company is continuously providing profits to its investors through dividends. Earlier, it had given a dividend of Rs 3.60 per share on July 25, 2025. Dividend of Rs 12 per share was also given on 19 November 2024 and Rs 12 per share on 29 July 2024.

IRCTC

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) is going to give a dividend of Rs 5 on every share. Its record date will also be on 21st November. IRCTC earned bumper profits during the July to September quarter. The company’s net profit increased from Rs 305 crore in the same quarter last year to Rs 345 crore this year, hence the board of directors of the company decided to distribute some part of this profit to the investors as dividend.

MRF

Tire company MRF has announced a dividend of Rs 3 per share for its investors. For this, the date of ex-dividend has been fixed as 21st November.

Cochin Shipyard

Cochin Shipyard Ltd is going to pay a final dividend of Rs 4 on every share. November 18 is the record date and the amount will be transferred to the shareholders’ accounts by December 11.

Oil India

Government oil company Oil India is going to give a dividend of Rs 3.5 on every share. November 21 is the record date for this.

More than 125 listed companies will trade on X-Dividend on Monday, September 8, 2025. These include Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO), Titagarh Rail Systems, Sale, Apollo Micro Systems, Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals, Force Motors, IRCON International and Birla Corporation.

Companies giving dividend on 8 September

On Tuesday, September 9, Apollo Micro Systems had said to give a dividend of Rs 0.25 per share. Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals (GSFC) will give Rs 5 per share dividend and companies like Dilip Buildcon, Freightra Consultants, Bella Kasa Fashion and Retail and India Tourism Development Corporation have also announced to give final dividends on this day. The Steel Authority of India (SAIL) will pay a dividend of Rs 1.60 per share, while RBL Bank and Shivalik Bimetal Controls are also going to give dividend on this day. These companies have also set their record date on 9 September 2025.

10 September, these companies will divide them

On September 10, Force Motors is going to give a dividend of Rs 40 per share. Gujarat State Petronet is also included in the list of final dividend of Rs 5. Other companies giving dividends on this day include Estra Microwave Products (Rs 2.20), Campus Activar (Rs 0.30) and Kredo Brands Marketing (Rs 3). All these have set a record date on September 10, 2025.

Company financial results

Talking about the company’s financial performance, the company’s net profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 reached Rs 3,483 crore with a jump of 154.4 percent. The reason for this growth was given to low operating cost and increase in production value. In this quarter, the company’s income also increased to Rs 41,216 crore, which was Rs 36,093 crore last year. On June 13, Vedanta’s shares fell 0.47 percent on BSE to close at Rs 458.35.
