In an old interview with Galatta India, Divyanka had talked about her weight. Divyanka had said, ‘I dieted a lot and also exercised. I also lost some weight but I could not become slim at all. Maybe my body is like this. I told my husband Vivek that I am doing everything but the weight is not reducing. Everyone says that it looks the same as it was. One day I started crying. Then my husband Vivek explained to me that my fat was converting into muscle.

Divyanka further said, ‘I have now stopped paying attention to these things. It doesn’t matter to me anymore. I have accepted my body the way it is.

After this Divyanka did Ekta Kapoor’s show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. She was in the role of Ishita in this show. She was enthralled in the role of Ishita. Everyone knows her for the role of Ishita.
