Goldman Sachs’ big purchase in DLF

Global investment bank Goldman Sachs has made a big investment in real estate company DLF through a block deal. Glodman Sachs has bought about 21.7 lakh shares in this deal. Whose total value is said to be around Rs 115 crore.

The deal has been done at a price of Rs 531.7 per share. After the news of this deal, it is expected to see movement in the company shares on Monday.

Entry of two big investors in the same day

Another big purchase was seen in DLF shares on the same day. Which gave a clear indication that institutional investors remain interested in it. In a separate transaction, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund also bought shares worth about Rs 115 crore.

In this way, a total of about Rs 230 crore was purchased in a single day, in which both big investment houses and mutual funds participated.

Poor performance in last one year

If we look at the trend of the last one year, the company’s shares have fallen by more than 22 percent. During this period, the benchmark index of real estate sector Nifty Realty Index has also come down by about 19 percent.

From which it is clear that the pressure was not limited to this stock only, but weakness was seen in the entire sector.

There was a decline in the shares of DLF Limited on Friday’s trading day on BSE. The company shares slipped 0.32 percent or Rs 1.75 and closed at Rs 540.70.

Talking about the 52 week high level of company shares, it is Rs 887.50. At the same time, the low level of 52 weeks is Rs 525. The market cap of the company is Rs 1,33,840.10 crore.
