Actually, recently a list of 150 people for GROHE-Hurun India Real Estate 2026 has come out. In this list, Gautam Adani and his family are at the top of the list of India’s richest real estate businessmen for the first time.

According to this report, the real estate related assets of the Adani family have reached around Rs 90,400 crore. His wealth has increased by 73% in one year. Adani Group has expanded rapidly in residential, commercial, township and infrastructure projects, which has increased its wealth.

DLF king dethroned
Before Adani and his family, DLF’s Rajiv Singh and his family were on the top of this list for a long time. But now the Adani family has removed him from this throne and captured it. The wealth of Rajiv Singh and his family reduced to Rs 90,200 crore. Due to the fall in the market, his wealth decreased by 29% and he has slipped from first to second place in this list.
