US President Donald Trump has once again raised the melody to stop the war between India and Pakistan. Trump’s statement came at a time when Pakistan Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has also denied America’s mediation in the ceasefire in any way. Trump said on Monday (25 August 2025) that there was going to be a nuclear war between India and Pakistan, but he stopped the war by talking about the trade deal.

Trump again chased ceasefire

Trump said, “I told India and Pakistan that if you keep fighting, we will not do any business with you. You have 24 hours to settle it. Every time Trump’s ceasefire claims have been rejected. Even Prime Minister Narendra Modi bluntly told Parliament that the ceasefire between India and Pakistan took place after a conversation between the DGMOs of the two countries.

Pakistan denied Trump’s claims

Pakistan Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar said, “Islamabad never requested the US or any third party for mediation in the ceasefire with India during Operation Sindoor.” He admitted that Pakistan itself demanded a ceasefire after suffering losses in the Indian attack. His statement is reversed by the claims being made about the ceasefire repeatedly towards Trump.

The Pakistani Foreign Minister expressed his desire to talk with India, but the Modi government is adamant on its decision. India says that the conversation cannot move forward until Pakistan demolishes the terrorist structure and stops cross -border attacks.

Donald Trump on India Pakistan Ceasefire: US President Donald Trump has made a big statement on the struggle between India and Pakistan for three consecutive days in the month of May this year. Trump announced ceasefire between India and Pakistan

Significantly, after the Pahalgam terror attack on 22 April, India retaliated and carried out Operation Sindoor on the intervening night of 6-7 May. During this time, India targeted 9 terrorist bases in PoK. After this, many cities of India were attacked by missiles and drones on behalf of Pakistan, which India also responded well.

After three consecutive days of struggle, a ceasefire was announced between India and Pakistan, which was announced by US President Donald Trump. However, India made it clear that the appeal of ceasefire was made by Pakistan and Trump had no role in it.

Former Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari appreciated the meeting of Trump and Munir, saying that this is a positive step for Pakistan-US bilateral relations. I always say that Pakistan wants peace, but India has opposed this efforts. Bilawal alleged that repression in India, weapons of water resources and politicization of terrorism are serious subjects. He spoke of honest diplomacy for the solution.
