US President Donald Trump once justified his tariff and said that this will increase the strength of the country and the army. The US Court of Appelies for the Federal Circuit called Tariff illegal, but Trump criticized the court comment over the matter. He warned that America will be completely ruined without tariffs.

Trump wrote on the social media platform Truth, “If there was no tariff, we would not have been able to collect trillions of dollars, if they did not do so, the country would have been completely ruined, military strength would weaken.” Trump had put 25 percent tariff on India, but then increased 25 percent. In this way, America has imposed a total tariff on India. Trump has criticized the court’s comment and justified his decision.

What did the US court say

The court termed Tariff as illegal and said that the President does not have the right to impose tariffs for such a wider and indefinite time. However, the US court has allowed the tariff to be implemented till October 14.

Trump had also justified the court earlier. They said, ,The court has wrongly stated that the tariff should be removed, but they know that the victory is to be done by America. If the tariff is removed, there will be a huge crisis in the country.,

The distance increased due to tariff between India and America

There has been a rift in the relationship between India and America. Donald Trump has a problem due to India buying oil from Russia. He also commented several times about this, but India is standing firmly. Trump imposed an additional 25 percent of an additional tariff on India for this reason.
