Smart Home Appliances brand Dreame Technology has now started its offline expansion in India. The company has partnered with Croma and brought its products to retail stores in more than 20 cities of India. After continuous demand and good sales on Amazon India, Dreame will now deliver its robotic vacuum cleaner, cordless vacuum, weight-and-dry cleaning devices and grooming products to consumers through physical stores. The company says that through the “Dreame Zone” made in Croma, customers will also be able to test these products before purchasing these products.

Dreame has stated through press release that this offline presence is not just to increase the cell but an attempt to bring the brand closer to the consumer. Manu Sharma, managing director of Dreame India, said that this step is part of Dreame’s long-term commitment in the Indian market. He says that now customers will be able to understand his performance, design and features better by looking at Dreame product in real-world setup.

With this partnership, Dreame is creating a physical digital experience that targets different types of shopping behavior in India. While the brand has gained rapid growth on one side, now physical touchpoints are expected to increase the consumer trust and conversion.

Dreame has recently made Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon its first Indian brand ambassador, which further strengthens the brand’s serious market Strategy. In addition, the company has also upgraded the after-cell service, including toll-free helpline, pickup-drop support, on-site installation, 2-year grooming product warranty and 1 year cleaning devices warranties.

Dreame products are also running an introductory offer in Croma stores from July 15 to July 20. During this time, customers can get up to 10% discount from IDFC Bank, Amex, HSBC and Bank of Baroda cards on selected products, as well as the option of No-Kost EMI will be available.
