In the post, Zelensky said, ‘Ukraine has taken another long-range action against Russian oil refining and we are continuing to move forward in this direction. Two people died in Ukrainian drone attack

According to Reuters report, the local governor said that two people were killed in a drone attack on the city of Syzran in the Samara region. However, he did not say whether any infrastructure was damaged in this attack or not.

According to the report, Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces said that this attack caused a major fire in the refinery. The annual processing capacity of this refinery is about 70 lakh to 89 lakh tonnes of crude oil. Robert Brovdy, commander of Ukrainian drone forces, said this was the 11th Russian oil refinery targeted by Ukraine during the month of May.
