• If any passenger or child is left behind at the station.
• If there is a fire in the train.
• Elderly or disabled passengers are boarding the train and the train starts running.
• Also, if a passenger’s health suddenly deteriorates, such as a heart attack and then a seizure.
• Keep in mind that pulling the chain for any other reason other than these circumstances is considered wrong.

What to do if purse falls?

If your purse has fallen from a moving train, then in such a situation, first of all you should not panic. Instead of looking at the purse, first of all note the number written on the electric pole immediately in front of you. After this, call the RPF helpline and tell between which two stations and near which pole number your purse has fallen. Because this will help the railway team in finding the purse. Then the railway team will reach that place and search your purse. If your purse is found, you can go to the concerned station and take it back by showing your identity card.
