Drunkard ruckus at Govindarajaswamy temple: A strange incident was seen on Friday in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, where late at night a person climbed on top of the Govindarajaswamy temple and started doing high voltage drama. The people present there said that he needs a quarter bottle of liquor only then he will come down.

The local police has identified the person. Kuttadi Tirupati, resident of Nizamabad district of Telangana, whose age is 45. It is being said that he dodged the security guard of the temple and entered the temple secretly.

Police said that after the darshan was over, the person entered the temple premises in an inebriated state. An attempt was made to steal the Kalash kept on top of the Gopuram by climbing the walls of the temple.

It is being told that it took about three hours for the police, fire brigade and temple security staff to bring the man down.
