As soon as the person comes indoors or in a warm place, the blood vessels expand again, which affects the head and causes pain.</li>
<li>Every person&#8217;s body is different and everyone is sensitive to different things. Some people get headache due to the fragrance of flowers, while others get headache due to scented sprays. The same thing applies in winter also. Some people get headache due to being in cold and strong wind, while some people start having headache problem when they go from cold to hot place.</li>
<li>The problem of headache also persists during the winter season due to dehydration, because in winter we feel less thirsty. Because of this we also drink water in less quantity. Apart from this, one has to face dry winds in winter, due to which the moisture of the body gets mixed with the air and there is lack of water in the body. Dehydration is considered to be one of the biggest causes of headache.</li>
<li>During the winter season, we do not get sufficient amount of sunlight, due to which the amount of Vitamin D in the body reduces. Vitamin D is essential to keep our body healthy and make our bones strong. Vitamin D deficiency also affects a hormone called serotonin in the body, which plays an important role in controlling pain. For this reason, the problem of headache is seen more in winter than in summer.</li>
