According to Philip Greenland, a cardiologist at Northwestern University, &#8220;This study makes it clear that if one or more of these factors are present in someone, then serious heart problems are almost certain in the future. The real focus should be on controlling these reasons.&#8221;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">It is often said that heart attacks and strokes are increasing even without any risk factors. But researchers claim that this is not completely correct.
