These include early metabolic risks like anemia, vitamin deficiency and insulin resistance. The surprising thing is that according to BMI, these women look completely fit, hence the problem remains undetected for a long time.</p>

Girls between the age of 18 to 40 years start their day without having proper breakfast. Sometimes just tea, sometimes packaged drink and biscuits. Dr. explains that by skipping breakfast, the body does not get the necessary energy and metabolism slows down, which leads to acidity and focus problems.</p>

This can cause nervousness, rapid heartbeat, acidity and feeling tired throughout the day. Taking protein, vegetables and whole grains instead of processed food in lunch is beneficial for gut health. At the same time, if evening snacks are light but nutritious then overeating can be avoided. Dinner should always be lighter than lunch and 2 to 3 hours before bedtime. Light food not only improves digestion but also improves the quality of sleep.</p>
