Yudhveer claims that during the shooting of ‘Shamshera’ some things happened to him which disappointed him a lot. He told that initially he was called for 5 days of work after being told that there would be 22 days of shooting.

Recently, in a conversation with Bhupinder Panwar, Yudhveer told that there was a film Shamshera, it was produced by Yash Raj Films. So he took my audition and his call always came at night after 12:00. This is a very crazy case of his. All the calls I have received from YRF have come only at night.

He told, ‘I got a call that this film is being made near me and we want to audition you for a role. He auditioned and then I got a call that Yudhveer, we have locked you for a character. There is 22 days of work. I was happy to be working with such a big banner. Everyone has a dream.

He further said, ‘Out of 22 days, he called me for 5 days. They shot me for 3 days out of 5 and put me in the feature cast. He told that some child has played the role for which I had auditioned. And they didn’t tell me that we were signing you for this character. Talk about 22 days’ work and call for 5 days. That’s why I neither promoted it nor did I get any money. Got money for only 5 days. Now I don’t feel like working with him again.

Amidst the worldwide oil crisis, the Indian government has taken a big decision and reduced the export duty on petrol and diesel. The Modi government at the Center said on Saturday (May 30) that export duty on petrol, diesel and aviation turbine fuel (ATF) will be reduced from June 1. According to news agency Reuters, the export duty on petrol has been fixed at Rs 1.5 per liter, while on diesel it will be Rs 13.5 per liter, while the export duty on ATF has been kept at Rs 9.5 per liter.

Review takes place every 15 days
Rates are changing every fortnight (two week period). These changes are decided on the average worldwide prices of crude oil, petrol, diesel and ATF. Usually, the government reviews the oil prices in the international market every fortnight and accordingly the export duty on petrol, diesel and ATF is decided.

However, the same old tax will be levied on petrol and diesel supplied to the common people, nothing new has been added or subtracted from it. Let us tell you that export duty is a kind of indirect tax which the government of any country imposes on the goods sent out of its country (to other countries).

When was the last amendment made?
Export duties in the form of Special Additional Excise Duty (SAED) and Road and Infrastructure Cess (RIC) on exports of petrol, diesel and ATF were first implemented on March 27, 2026. The government said the measure was aimed at ensuring adequate domestic supply of petroleum products in the face of excessive exports, at a time when global energy markets were being affected by the ongoing conflict in West Asia. Officials said that the fee is reviewed and revised every fortnight based on the current conditions of the international market. The previous amendment came into effect from May 16, 2026.

New rates effective from June 1
There will be a duty of Rs 1.5 per liter on export of petrol. This entire amount will be collected as special additional excise duty, while Road and Infrastructure Cess will not be levied. Modi government has fixed the export duty for aviation turbine fuel at Rs 9.5 per liter. This fee will be collected only as special additional excise duty. The revised rates will remain in effect for the next fortnight until the next review and changes are announced.

Story
This is the story of an honest police officer Pawan whose character is played by Saif Ali Khan. Saurabh Dwivedi plays the role of a corrupt leader whom people worship, but he uses their children for wrongdoings. Pawan’s brother falls in love with a girl from another caste and then duty, family, honor killing, all that happens which we have seen thousands of times.

how is the movie
This film is of a completely old type, if it had come 20 years ago it would have been good, it would have been enjoyable, but now it seems even more outdated than outdated. This seems to be why it was created. After having a producer like Shahrukh and an actor like Saif, you expect that something new will happen, something different will happen but it does not happen. The film is very predictable. You know what will happen next, and how it will happen is not surprising. The film is about 2 hours long but at no point do you connect with the film. You don’t feel any thrill, you don’t get emotional, the movie just keeps going on and ends, and you feel that your 2 hours were wasted, this was Netflix and chill.

Saif Ali Khan has done an amazing job, Saif has settled into this desi character. Anyway, when a person like Saif plays a desi character, a different swag is seen in him and it was visible here too, but what could Saif do alone? If the story had been better, Saif would have benefited a lot from this film like he got from Omkara. When Saurabh Dwivedi comes into the frame for the first time, it seems that he is going to do an interview in the audience. He seems to have the same style, he doesn’t look like a villain at all, and acting probably isn’t his zone either. Rasika Duggal has done a very good job. Sanjay Mishra is great, Zakir Hussain looks good, Manish Choudhary impresses a lot.

Writing and Direction
Pulkit has written and directed this story, he has made Bhaskar, expectations from him were very high but here he disappointed. There is nothing new in the story, they should have understood why the audience would watch such a story? Hopefully, he will do something new in his cinema in the future.

Overall, watch it for Saif’s performance otherwise not.
