Now put gram flour in a bowl and add turmeric, salt and finely chopped vegetables to it. After mixing vegetables, add water to gram flour and make a smooth batter.  Keep in mind that the batter should neither be too thick nor too thin. Now heat the pan on gas and apply light oil in it. After the oil is hot, pour one spoonful of batter on the pan and spread it like an omelette. Now bake it on low flame till it turns golden from both the sides.
