This research was started in 2023 and after more than a year of intensive study, scientists came to the conclusion that the effects of microplastics can be reduced with the help of Ayurveda. Research process and scientific evidence

In this research, about 88 rats were exposed to microplastic particles. After this he was given Bronchom medicine. To find out what effect it had on their respiratory system, a machine called Flexivent System was used, which is capable of measuring the efficiency of the respiratory system.

During the research, it was found that Bronchom restored the lung function of rats in a dose dependent manner. This means that the higher the dose of Bronchom given, the greater the improvement seen.

To understand the inflammation of the respiratory system, fluid was collected from the lungs of rats and examined using a technique called BALF (Bronchoalveolar Lavage Fluid). It was found that due to microplastics the levels of immune cells like leukocytes, neutrophils and lymphocytes had increased. Not only this, the levels of genes related to inflammation like IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-alpha also decreased with the consumption of Bronchom.

Clear difference even in histopathology

Lung tissue examination (histopathology) also showed that the airways damaged by microplastics returned to the same condition as before the use of Bronchom. Improvement was also seen in parameters like elasticity of lungs, pressure applied while exhaling air and speed of air flow. Bronchom also showed positive results and dose dependent effects in experiments conducted on THP-1 cells (human based cell line).

Almost all the cells of our body keep dividing, but heart cells do not divide, hence the chances of getting heart cancer are negligible.

Risk to heart increases due to allopathic medicines

Allopathic medicines harm our entire body and have many side effects. The side effects on the heart are called cardio toxicity. Due to the side effects of these medicines, cardiac functions of the heart decrease. An important cardiac function of the heart is the left ventricle ejection function (LVEF). Allopathic cancer medicine Doxorubicin (Dox) is helpful in preventing cancer cells from progressing by binding to the DNA of cancer cells. But the biggest side effect of this medicine is on the heart cells. Due to these side effects, many times in emergency situations, this cancer medicine is stopped from being given to patients due to cardiac toxicity.

To solve this problem, Patanjali created Cardiogrit Gold Tablet on the basis of ancient knowledge of Ayurveda. This medicine is made from major herbs like Yogendra Ras, Arjuna, Moti Pishti, Jaharmohra Pishti, Akik Pishti, Sangesav Pishti etc. Through this medicine, the concept of a healthy heart can be realized by eliminating the side effects of allopathy medicines.

For this, by doing research on T24 cells of cancer, A549 cells of lung cancer and MDA-MB 231 cells of breast cancer, it was found that consumption of Cardiogrit Gold does not eliminate its effectiveness of doxorubicin, only its side effects are eliminated.

After this, the effects of Cardiogrit on C. elegans were investigated. C. elegans has a heart-like organ called pharyngs, which beats like the heart, and its electrical activities can also be measured. This process of C. elegans is called pharyngeal action potential. In research on these organisms, it was found that consumption of doxorubicin increased their mortality rate and decreased reproductive capacity.

For this study, first the drug Doxorubicin, which is red in colour, was injected into these transparent organisms, due to which red colored spots appeared in these organisms, then after giving Cardiogrit Gold, these spots reduced, which confirmed the effectiveness of this Ayurvedic medicine. After this, this research was also verified through chemical research.

Reduction in oxidative stress, proven heart protection

Subsequently, to once again verify that Cardio Grit Gold is effective on these organisms, the calcium level in these organisms was measured. Since this medicine was prepared from different ashes, it was natural for the calcium level to be high in it. Which confirmed that calcium levels are increasing in these organisms in a dose-dependent manner.

After this, the oxidative stress caused by doxorubicin in the heart was also measured on the basis of heat shock protein and CardioGrit Gold proved its effectiveness once again by reducing this stress depending on the dose. 4. Health: Cancer-sugar medicines cheaper and 3 new AIIMS

Giving relief to the common man, the government has proposed to reduce import duty and other taxes on medicines for serious diseases like cancer and diabetes, which will make these medicines cheaper. Also, 5 new Regional Medical Centers will be opened in collaboration with the private sector. Apart from this, three new AIIMS will also be built in the country.

5. Launch of India Semiconductor Mission 2.0

‘Semiconductor Mission 2.0’ has been launched with an investment of ₹40,000 crore to make India a global chip manufacturing hub. This will not only increase domestic electronics production but will also strengthen Indian Intellectual Property (IP) in chip designing.

6. ‘Bharat Vistar’: The magic of AI for farmers

To digitalize the agriculture sector, the government has announced the launch of a multilingual AI tool named ‘Bharat Vistar’. It will provide farmers with accurate information about crop health, weather forecast and market prices in their own language.

7. Relief to middle class in TCS, no change in income tax

There is a big relief news for taxpayers. TCS (Tax Collected at Source) on study, treatment and tour packages abroad has been reduced from 5% to 2%. Apart from this, the deadline for filing revised ITR has been extended from December 31 to March 31, giving taxpayers an additional 3 months to correct their mistakes. However, no change has been made in the income tax slab.

8. ₹10,000 crore ‘growth fund’ for MSMEs

A special ‘SME Growth Fund’ of ₹10,000 crore has been created to promote Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). Also, a special fund of ₹40,000 crore has been allocated for electronics manufacturing so that small entrepreneurs can also become part of the global supply chain.

9. Climate action and ‘green’ connectivity

₹20,000 crore has been allocated for ‘Carbon Absorption and Utilization Scheme’ towards environmental protection. 20 new national waterways will be started in the next 5 years to increase connectivity, which will make freight transportation cheaper and pollution free.

10. 7% GDP growth target and 16th Finance Commission

The government has set a target of GDP growth of 7% for the financial year 2026-27. The Finance Minister also mentioned the report of the 16th Finance Commission, which will make the revenue sharing between the Center and the states more transparent and equitable.

Budget 2026: Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is presenting the Union Budget 2026-27 today in the newly constructed ‘Kartavya Bhawan’. In this budget presented amid global uncertainties, the government has indicated a major strategic change in governance and economic planning. In his address, the Finance Minister outlined the ‘Three Duties’ (Kartavya), which will be the basis of the government’s roadmap for the upcoming financial year.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman clarified that the government will focus on three goals to realize the vision of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’.

What are these three duties of government?

Economic Sovereignty and Development: The first duty is to accelerate and sustain economic growth by enhancing productivity and competitiveness, so that India’s economy remains resilient amid global fluctuations.

Fulfillment of people’s aspirations: The second duty is to fulfill the aspirations of the citizens and build their capacity, so that they can become strong partners in the prosperity of the country.

Equitable Distribution of Resources: The third duty is to ensure that every family, community and region has access to resources and opportunities, so that the goal of inclusive development can be achieved.

The importance of the budget increased from political and economic point of view

Budget 2026 will be presented on Sunday. On this occasion, regular live trading session will also be organized in the stock market. It has been an old tradition that when the budget is presented on 1 February and that day falls on a weekend, the markets still remain open. The National Stock Exchange (NSE) has issued a circular informing that on Sunday, February 1, 2026, the stock market will be open from 9:15 am to 3:30 pm on the budget day. Since this day will be settlement holiday, shares purchased on January 30 will not be eligible for sale on February 1. Similarly, stocks purchased on the budget day will not be allowed to be sold the next day i.e. immediately.

Health News: Parkinson’s disease is an incurable and fatal disease of the brain or nervous system. In this disease, the nerve cells of our brain start dying due to various reasons. In more than 50 percent of people, this disease occurs due to unknown reasons, while in the other 50 percent, it is caused by various types of toxic substances, side effects of medicines, brain infection or head injury.

World famous boxer Mohammad Ali also suffered from Parkinson’s disease at an early age due to a head injury. The disease was named after an article ‘An Essay on the Shaking Palsy’ written in 1817 by British physician James Parkinson. This disease is found in about 1 percent of people above 65 years of age worldwide. It is the second most common neurological disease after Alzheimer’s. Once this disease starts, it keeps increasing.

Parkinson’s disease due to dopamine deficiency

The brain controls all the parts of our body. There are two types of organ movements – voluntary and involuntary. The ‘Pyramidal’ located towards the upper part of the brain controls voluntary organ operation, while the ‘Basal Ganglia’ controls involuntary organ operation. The basal ganglia contain a black colored tissue called substantia nigra. When neurons or brain cells start dying in this area, Parkinson’s disease begins.

Neurons use neurotransmitters to send signals to each other. One such neurotransmitter is dopamine, whose deficiency affects the connectivity of neurons. Due to this, neurons are not able to send signals properly to other body cells. As a result, physical movements are affected. The amount of dopamine in the brain and death of cells of the substantia nigra are the main factors of this disease.

When the level of this dopamine decreases by 70-80 percent in the brain, then along with it some structural changes are also seen in the nerve cells, which are called “Lew bodies”, inside which a protein called “synuclein” is deposited. It acts as a biomarker for this neuro-degenerative disease, meaning if it starts accumulating in one place, it can lead to the onset of Parkinson’s disease. Due to the death of nerve cells, along with Parkinson’s disease, various types of mental diseases like stress, anxiety, depression etc. also start occurring.

What causes this disease?

This disease can occur due to two reasons, first if it is genetic which means if mutation occurs in the synuclein protein and second due to stress, anxiety, depression. In the initial symptoms of this disease, the functioning of the organs slows down and trembling of hands and legs starts. Gradually, as the disease progresses, the upper part of the body starts bending and the knees also bend. Movement slows down while eating, talking and doing other daily routine tasks and ultimately the patient becomes unable to do any kind of work.

There are many medicines for this disease in modern medicine but there is no permanent cure for it. Besides, these medicines also have side effects. Neurogrit shows better results than allopathic drug L-dopa

In another research, alpha-synuclein, which is the main factor in Parkinson’s disease, was implanted in these organisms with green dye, so that this disease could be detected, after that Neurogrit and Al-dopa were given to these organisms for comparative study with allopathic medicine L-dopa, which resulted in the result that Neurogrit is more effective than Al-dopa and it showed better effect on these organisms. For another research, C. elegans were given their food i.e. bacteria with red stain, due to which it was found that the appetite of these organisms was lost. After that these were mixed with green stain. For comparative study, allopathic medicine L-Dopa and herbal medicine Neurogrit were given on these organisms, as a result Neurogrit gave better results than L-Dopa, which was an effective research.

After that, in another research, sodium arsenic was given to increase the oxidative stress in the neurons, as a result of which the neurons started dying, then when the age-old medicine Neurogrit was given, C. elegans started recovering again. Subsequently, after testing Neurogrit in terms of gene expression, it was concluded that this drug also controls 3 major genes PINK – 1, PDR – 1, and CAT – 1.
