This warning has come at a time when the fight between the US and China on the business fee i.e. tariff has intensified. The US has increased the tariff to 104% on things coming from China. In response, China has also increased the tariff on American goods from 34% to 84%. This new rule will be applicable from 10 April.

US President Donald Trump had already given a strict warning to China that the US would increase 50% more fees if China does not reduce its tariff within 24 hours and will end all conversations with China.
