• Serious diseases: such as heart attack, liver failure, pancreatitis or severe diabetes.
• Toxic substances or poison: The organs can also be damaged by exposure to a poison or harmful substance.
• Decrease or shock in blood flow in the body: such as severe bleeding, heart failure or dehydration leads to lack of oxygen and nutrients to the organs, which can cause them to fail.

Symptoms of MODM depend on which organs of the body have been affected. However, some common signs that can immediately alert you. These include mainly difficulty in breathing, changes in mental condition, low urination, body swelling, abdominal pain and digestive problems, skin or eyes yellow (jaundice), frequent weakness and fatigue, chest pain or pressure, reduced blood pressure, changing skin color, etc.
