Important dates of JEE Advanced 2026

The application process for JEE Advanced 2026 started from 23 April 2026 and candidates have been given time till 11:59 pm on 2 May 2026 to fill the form. Students who register by this time can deposit the application fee by May 4, 2026, because without the fee the form will not be considered complete. After this, admit cards will be available for download from 5 pm on May 11, 2026, which are necessary to be carried with you to appear in the examination. Application fee for JEE Advanced 2026

While applying for JEE Advanced 2026, candidates are required to deposit the prescribed fee. In which the application fee for General Category students has been fixed at Rs 3200, while for Women, Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Disabled (PwD) candidates this fee has been fixed at Rs 1600. Unless the candidate deposits the fees online, his/her application will be considered incomplete and will not be accepted. Therefore, it is very important to pay the fees on time.

Eligibility for JEE Advanced 2026

To appear in JEE Advanced 2026, candidates have to fulfill some important conditions. The student must be among the top 2,50,000 successful candidates in JEE Main 2026. Along with this, the candidate must be born on or after October 1, 2001, although SC, ST and disabled category students are given age relaxation of 5 years. Apart from this, the candidate must have passed the 12th examination for the first time in 2025 or 2026 with Physics, Chemistry and Maths subjects. One who has already taken admission in any IIT cannot apply for this examination.
