Apart from this, the stress of Gen Z and Millennials is also increasing due to work. 23,000 people from 44 countries participated in this survey by Deloitte, which included 14,468 Gen G and 8,853 Millennials. But the number of youth who use them is still less. Whereas among those who are under more stress, only 46 percent Gen G and 48 percent Millennials participate in the IP program.
