The presence of scheduled castes and women representatives in the committee will be necessary. This committee will consider the school building, resources, staff and total 18 points and decide whether it is necessary to increase the fees. This committee will be constituted every year by July 21 and it will have 21 days to submit its report. The decision of the committee will be valid for three years. That is, efforts will not be made to increase the fees again and again.

How will it decide

If the school level committee is unable to give a decision on time or there is a dispute, then the matter will go to the district level committee. The state level committee will have 7 members, who will give the final decision. Not only this, if 15 percent or more parents disagree with the decision of the school level committee, then they can directly appeal to the District Committee.
