Iodine test

Take a little cheese and mash it well and add a few drops of iodine to it. If the color starts turning blue or black, starch has been found in the cheese.

Check smel and texture

The fragrance of real cheese is light and its texture is soft. The smell in fake cheese is slightly different, and it is pulled like rubber.

Reaction to boil

When the real cheese is boiled, it is not strict, but becomes a little soft. Fake cheese can be rigid like rubber when boiling.
