After the match was over, when the players of both teams were joining hands, LSG’s assistant coach Vijay Dahiya stopped Abhishek and started talking to them. The matter deteriorated so much that Dahiya came from behind and slapped Abhishek from behind. This scene is captured in cameras and is also going viral on social media.
The atmosphere became so tense with this incident that BCCI Vice President Rajiv Shukla had to interfere. He talked to both the players and made the matter calm and later said, ‘Now everything is fine.’
