Delhi government has launched Lakhpati Bitiya Yojana 2026 to secure the education and future of daughters. This scheme is an updated version of Ladli Yojana, in which financial support of more than ₹ 1 lakh will be available on completion of studies from birth to graduation. The government will invest ₹56,000 in the name of the daughter, which with interest will become ₹1 lakh in 18–21 years. Amount will be given in installments – at the time of birth, school milestones and college. The aim of the scheme is that no daughter should leave studies because of money.
