Finn Allen became the first batsman to score a century in the knockout stage of the T20 World Cup. Earlier, the record for the highest individual score in the knockout stage was held in the name of Sri Lanka’s Tillakaratne Dilshan, who scored 96* against West Indies in the 2009 T20 World Cup semi-final.
