All you need to do is enter the correct information and the correct prompt. <br /><strong>1. Get your BMR, TDEE and macros calculated &#8211;</strong> Rebecca says that ChatGPT can prepare an accurate calorie target for you by taking information related to your body, age and lifestyle. For this, you have to write to ChatGPT and ask them to calculate my BMR, TDEE, and ideal calorie plus macro goals to reduce fat. On the basis of this information, ChatGPT gives you a diet plan which you can adopt in your daily life without any problem to lose weight. If you want more options, you can also ask ChatGPT to recommend different types of Indian, healthy and low-calorie meals. </p>
