Share Market: Foreign investors seem upset again with Indian shares. In June, foreign investors are in a mood for selling again. In the first week of the month, he has withdrawn Rs 8,749 crore. According to depository data, this major change has been seen after a strong investment of Rs 19,860 crore in May and Rs 4,223 crore in April.

Why suddenly declines in shares?

Himanshu Srivastava, Associate Director of Morningstar Investment Research, said that the American investigation on the Adani Group has shown the trust of investors. The Adani Group is also accused of violation of restrictions related to Iran. These reports have affected the market notion and the price of shares has declined.

Let us know that in a report by Wall Street Journal (WSJ), it has been informed whether the companies of Indian businessman Gautam Adani had imported Iranian liquided petroleum via Mundra Port.

However, the Adani Group has described these allegations as baseless. Meanwhile, the US Department of Justice is busy investigating the activities of LPG tankers being used to send goods to Adani Enterprises. India currently does not import oil and petrochemicals products from Iran due to US sanctions. In May, US President Donald Trump said that countries that buy oil or petrochemicals products from Iran would not be able to do business with America.

In 2025, so far it has been outflow

Earlier, foreign investors sold shares worth Rs 3,973 crore in March, Rs 34,574 crore in February and Rs 78,027 crore in January. With the outflow in June, in 2025, the total withdrawal from Indian equity has crossed Rs 1.01 lakh crore.

However, in the meantime, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) deducted the repo rate by 50 basis points and a 100 basis point cut in the cash reserve ratio (CRR) and gave the investors night. Foreign investors also sold heavy selling in the date market, during June 2-6, withdrawn Rs 6,709 crore from the date general limit and Rs 5,974 crore from the Voluntary Retention Route. The main reason for this is a low difference between American and Indian Bond Yield.

Share Market: Despite the tension between India and Pakistan, the trust of foreign investors in the country’s equity market remained unwavering. This month, FPI has purchased Indian shares worth Rs 14,167 crore. India’s fast -moving economy and many other strong domestic basic things are responsible for this. Depository data shows that for the first three months, for the first time, for the first time in April, Rs 4,223 crore was invested.

They will get promotion of foreign investment

Earlier, foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) had withdrawn Rs 3,973 crore in March, Rs 34,574 crore in February and Rs 78,027 crore in January. According to PTI report, Chief Investment Strategist V.K. Vijaykumar said that later the global macrose (the dollar fall in the US and China economy) and domestic macrose (high GDP growth, low inflation and interest rates) will help increase foreign investment in Indian equity. However, he said that bonds or debt flow is likely to be very low.

Balance outflowed by new investment

According to depository data, foreign portfolio investors made a net investment of Rs 14,167 crore in equity this month (till 9 May). This new investment has helped reduce the outflow of Rs 98,184 crore so far in 2025. India’s equity markets saw a sharp jump in FPI activities in April, which is completely opposite to the outflow earlier this year. This fast continued in May too.

Morningstar Investment Associate Director-Manager (Research) Himanshu Srivastava said that this new boom promoted favorable global signals and strong domestic basic things, which increased the trust of investors. He said, on the one hand the talks on the trade agreement between the US-India are going on fast. In addition, the appeal of Indian assets for global investors has increased due to the weakening of the US dollar and the strengthening of the Indian rupee. Along with this, this positive sentiment was also strengthened by improving the March quarter income of several companies in India.

 Share Market: Foreign investors have increased interest in the Indian stock market and they are investing money openly in the equity markets of the country. Last week, foreign investors invested Rs 17,425 crore in the stock markets. According to the report of the news agency PTI, before this, a net investment of Rs 8,500 crore was made in the week ended on 18 April. & Nbsp;

Why investors confidence in the market?

Globally, the stable performance of major markets, the hope of stopping the US Federal Reserve’s interest rates, and the stable US dollar has increased the ability to take risks for emerging markets like India.

According to the Associate Director of Morningstar Investment – Manager Research Himanshu Srivastava, the lack of tension in global trade with all these has also improved the perception of investors. & Nbsp; On the domestic front, on the domestic front, the strong growth outlook of India, softening in inflation and 2025 in 2025 have led to the growth of investors in the market. Due to this, it has now become an attractive destination of investment for foreign investors.

Withdrawal of so much crore rupees so far & nbsp;

However, the picture of the overall investment remains mixed. According to depository data, in April, FPI has withdrawn Rs 5,678 crore from equity, causing total withdrawal to Rs 1.22 lakh crore for 2025. & Nbsp; Earlier, foreign investors had sold heavy shares as the American tariff policy created an atmosphere of global uncertainty."Text-Align: justify;"> Hence the interest of foreign investors increased

Chief Investment Strategist V.K. Vijaykumar said that there may be two main reasons for fresh interest of foreign investors in Indian stock markets. The first is the decline in the US dollar and the second reason is the estimate of a heavy decline in US growth, which will affect corporate income. The dollar index has now fallen from 111 peaks to around 99 in mid -January 2025. At the same time, India’s economy may remain flexible with an estimate of more than 6 percent growth and corporate income is also estimated to improve. & Nbsp;

Stock market direction will depend on the quarterly results of domestic companies, American tariffs and foreign portfolio investors (FPI). The quarterly results of big companies like HCL Technologies, Axis Bank, Hindustan Unilever and Maruti will be important for investors. Especially, everyone’s second largest IT company Infosys shares will be monitored. In the March quarter, the consolidated net profit of Infosys has come down by 11.7% to ₹ 7,033 crore, which can become a matter of concern for the market. American tariffs and other global developments will also affect the market move.

Share Market: Foreign investors made a strong comeback in the Indian stock market last week and bought shares worth Rs 8500 crore. After heavy selling in the beginning of April, now the hope of some relief on the impact of tariffs on global trade and strong domestic economy has increased the trust of investors.

An investment of Rs 10,824 crore in two days

According to depository data, foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) invested Rs 8,472 crore in equity in the week ended on April 18 with more holidays and low business sessions. On April 15, he also sold shares worth Rs 2,352 crore, but also invested Rs 10,824 crore on 16 and 17 April next two days.

According to a report by news agency PTI, Associate Director (Management Research) of Morningstar Investment Himanshu Srivastava has said, “Recently indicates possible changes in their notion in FPI activities in the market, but the talk of his remaining in the market is global macroeconomics situation, stabilizing in American Trades Policy and a strong strength of domestic growth of India Will depend on being. ”

Withdrawal of so many crores in April

From 15 to 17 April last week, there was a business on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only three days. Whereas on Monday 14 April and Friday 18 April, the stock market remained closed due to Ambedkar Jayanti and Good Friday respectively.

Depository data shows that in April, FPIs have withdrawn Rs 23,103 crore from Indian shares, due to which the total withdrawal has increased to Rs 1.4 lakh crore since the beginning of 2025. At the beginning of the month, foreign investors had sold out shares amidst global economic uncertainties due to Trump’s aggressive tariff policy.

This is the reason for the return of FPI

VK Vijaykumar, Chief Investment Strategist of Geojit Investments, said, “The reversal in FPI activity has been done due to two important reasons. First, the dollar is pushing FPI to emerging markets like India away from America away from America, the possibility of a decline of 100 points in the index and further weakness in the dollar.

Share Market: US President Donald Trump’s tariffs in all countries of the world have caused panic in the global market. Due to this, foreign investors have withdrawn Rs 31,575 crore from the stock market so far this month (between April 1 to April 11). According to the data of deposits, between March 21 and March 28, FPI invested Rs 30,927 crore in Indian shares in six business sessions. Due to this, the total withdrawal in March decreased to Rs 3,973 crore, but this situation did not last long and the selling phase started in the market again.

Withdrawal of about 1.5 lakh crore rupees has been done

In January, foreign investors withdrew Rs 78,027 crore from the stock market and Rs 34,574 crore in February. This figure is very less in April than these. This indicates that the spirit of investors gradually stabilizes.

With this, in the year 2025, about Rs 1.5 lakh crore has been outflowed from the stock market so far. According to the TOI report, Vijaykumar, the Chief Investment Strategist of Geojit Investments VK Vijaykumar, has said, “Due to the reciperochl tariff of President Trump, the global stock is also affecting the upheaval FPI investment in the market market.” He believes that the pattern of FPI strategy in the stock market will come only when it will come out clearly when it will be clear when it will be clear in the stock market when it will be clear in the stock market when it will come out in the stock market. The turmoil will calm down.

Foreign investors can return

He further said, “Foreign investors in medium term can increase investment in Indian shares as both America and China are slowly moving towards recession due to the trade war between them. For FY 2025-26, India’s GDP can grow at the rate of 6 percent. Income 26 is also estimated to increase income in FY 26. In such a situation, after the turmoil in the market is calm, you can invest FPI in India.

There has been a tremendous boom in the markets for the seventh consecutive day. In such a situation, this jump has been seen in both Sensex and Nifty. With this, the compensation in the year 2025 has been completed. Such the enthusiasm of investing in the Indian market from foreign investors and heavy purchases in banking shares show tremendous. Now let us know what has been the reason for this market fast:

1-A tremendous return of the foreign investor

Foreign investors are once again seen returning to the stock market. On Friday, FPI made a net purchase of Rs 7,470.36 crore. However, the main reason for this is the change in the FTSC index. With this, the period of selling from foreign investors in October 2024 now seems to be stopping.

This has strengthened the sentiment of investors. According to Moneycontrol Dock Com Com, Jio Jeet Financial Chief Investment Strategist V.K. Vijay Kumar said that FPI selling, strengthening of rupee, reduction in inflation and strength of Indian rupee have returned so much confidence in the market.

Rupee stronger against 2-dollar

The Indian rupee climbed 37 paise to close at 85.61 per dollar against the US dollar on Monday. The rupee has benefited from dollar and foreign investment in the domestic market.

3-strong global signal

The third reason for the tremendous rise in the stock market is signs of strength in the global market. There is a phase of strength in the US stock market and an increase in the Indian stock market as well. US President Donald Trump has indicated to adopt a selective approach over a possible tariff. Donald Trump can only target countries whose trade with the US is surplus.

After these signs, now the fusers of American stocks have increased. At around 10 am in Somavar, Dau Future was trading with a gain of 0.47 percent. Earlier on Friday, the SNP 500 index and Dow Jones Industrial Average were 0.1%. At the same time, 0.5% jumped in Nesdech Composite. Investors are now monitoring the April 2 deadline for action related to possible tariffs.

4- Tremendous boom in banking stocks

The fourth reason for the boom in the stock market was a tremendous rise in banking stocks. On Monday, the Nifty Bank index jumped 1 thousand points and reached 51635 level during the business. While the shares of Kotak Mahindra Bank, Canara Bank and Punjab National Bank have witnessed the highest increase of 3 percent.

Improvement in 5-directors’ sentiments

The fifth and last reason for sharing the stock was improvement in investors’ sentiments. The Sensex saw a great rise of 3076.6 points, or 4.16 percent last week. At the same time, the Nifty also jumped up to 953.2 points i.e. 4.25 percent. Due to this, there has been an improvement in the sentiment of investors.

Siddharth Khemka, Research Head Wealth Management of Motilal Oswal Financial, said that the return of FII can continue in the stock market due to attractive valuation and better economic data.

Stock market update: The first week in the Indian stock market since the last week of September 2024, this is the first week in which the Indian stock market had a great rise. In the five -day trading session, the Indian stock market closed brilliantly on five days. The BSE Sensex has managed to shut down close to 77000 points with a rise of 4 per cent in the last five trading session, while the assets of investors have also seen a strong increase.

This week, the stock market closed up rapidly in the five sessions. Both the major index Sensex-Nifty of the market was boom. But together, the ongoing decline in the mid -cap and small cap stocks got a break and once again investors made heavy purchases in the mid -cap small cap stocks. As a result, due to the rise in the stock market this week, the property of investors has seen a jump of more than Rs 22 lakh crore.

On March 13, when the stock market was closed, the market capitalization of the stocks listed on BSE was Rs 391.18 lakh crore. But after the three -day holiday, the market opened on March 17, then since then it has been a steady rise. And in the five -day trading session, the market capitalization of the stocks listed on BSE has reached Rs 413.30 lakh crore in a five -day trading session.

Let us tell you that in September 2024, when the Indian stock market touched the allotime high, the market capitalization reached the level of Rs 480 lakh crore. Due to the decline in the market and the selling of foreign investors, the marketcap slipped down to Rs 390 lakh crore. Due to this decline, investors have suffered a loss of about 90 lakh crores. But if foreign investors have started turning to Indian markets again, then the property of investors is also increasing.
