Fractal Analytics IPO GMP: Currently, there is a lot of discussion going on in the Indian primary market regarding the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Fractal Analytics. At present, there is not much sign of enthusiasm from the gray market regarding the IPO of Fractal Analytics. Its GMP on February 10, 2026 remains around Rs 8.

If we consider the upper level of the price band fixed by the company as the basis, then its possible listing price could be around Rs 908. This is indicating that investors’ hopes may get a setback on the listing of the company issue, although there is every possibility of getting balanced returns.

Fractal Analytics IPO is getting mixed response

Fractal Analytics’ IPO is getting mixed response from investors. According to BSE data, so far only about 9 percent of the company issue has been subscribed. Whereas the company has launched 1.85 crore shares in the market. However, retail investors are showing their interest in the issue. About 35 percent of the portion reserved for small investors has been subscribed.

On the other hand, participation of big investors remains weak. At present, not a single bid has been received on 97.10 lakh shares kept for QIB i.e. institutional investors. At the same time, limited interest has been seen in high net worth investors i.e. NII category. In this portion, only about 7 percent of the 48.55 lakh reserved shares have been subscribed.

Fractal Analytics IPO: Amidst the ever-increasing turmoil in the IPO market, Fractal Analytics has gained strong investor confidence even before its listing. The anchor round of Fractal Analytics has also seen participation from many international investors. In this, big global institutional investors like Morgan Stanley Investment Funds and Goldman Sachs Bank Europe have ensured their participation.

Apart from this, other foreign investors like Ashoka Whiteoak Emerging Markets Funds, Jupiter Global Fund, Flumen Investment Trust, Optimix Wholesale Global Emerging Markets Share Trust, Neo Prime Fund and Neo Secondaries Fund have also shown their interest in this issue.

Investors will be able to place bets from February 9

The IPO of Fractal Analytics will open for subscription to investors on Monday, February 9. Investors can place their bets on the company till Wednesday, February 11. The company has fixed the price band for this issue between Rs 857 and Rs 900 per share.

The face value of the share has been kept at Rs 1 by the company. At the same time, investors will have to apply in a lot of minimum 16 shares.
