EPW India IPO is a Book Building Issue with a total size of ₹31.81 crore. This is a completely fresh issue, in which 0.33 crore shares will be issued. Bidding for the IPO will open from 22–24 December 2025, while allotment is expected on 26 December and listing on NSE SME will take place on 30 December 2025.
The price band of the IPO is ₹95–₹97 per share and the lot size has been fixed at 1,200 shares. The minimum investment for retail investors is ₹2.32 lakh and for HNIs is ₹3.49 lakh. The objective of the issue is to raise funds for business expansion.
