Mac Singh also explains that in many frozen desserts, milk solids or whole milk powder is used instead of real milk. He says that they may contain oxidized cholesterol, which is believed to be associated with damaging blood vessels and increasing the risk of heart diseases. This is the reason why regular consumption of such products is not considered appropriate by health experts.
