PM Modi’s talks with many big leaders of the world

PM Modi also met leaders of South Korea, Mexico, South Africa and Australia by taking out a separate time from the conference. He also met Mexico President Claudia Shinbam Pardas for the first time. PM Modi also met Australia Prime Minister Anthony Albanese. He wrote the information about this meeting on the social media platform ‘X’, writing, “It was nice to meet his friend PM Albanese of Australia during the G7 conference.”

Apart from this, Modi also interacted with South African President Cyril Ramfosa and also shared a picture of him on X. He wrote that he was happy to talk to Ramfosa. Before joining the conference, PM Modi had said that he would meet the world leaders and discuss many issues and especially raise the concerns and needs of Global South (Southern countries).

On this, French President Emmanuel Macron expressed strong objections, saying, “The country that is violating the United Nations charter cannot become a messenger of peace in the Middle East.”
