<p style="text-align: justify;">According to Acharya Balkrishna, if garlic is consumed properly, it is very beneficial for heart health. It helps in reducing the bad cholesterol accumulated in the blood, which keeps blood pressure under control and reduces the risk of heart related diseases. Apart from this, people often complain of joint pain and stiffness in winter. Consumption of garlic also provides relief from these problems.</p>

Keep doing light weeding every 15-20 days so that the soil remains soft and the roots can get air. By adding a little compost every 30-40 days, the plants grow very well. Neem solution is best in the kitchen garden to protect them from pests. Sprinkle it once in 10-15 days.</p>
