Under the Gaza Peace Deal, terrorist organization Hamas has released 07 out of 20 hostages. The remaining 13 will also be done soon. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and the Israel Security Agency (ISA) said that seven hostages are being sent to Israel through the Red Cross. These hostages are now going from Gaza to Israel.

Military officials said that the remaining hostages would also be released soon. After the release of the first seven hostages, the release of the 13 remaining surviving hostages is now expected. After this, 28 other hostages will be returned, out of which 26 have died and the status of 2 is still unknown. Under the ceasefire agreement, Israel will also release approximately 2,000 Palestinian prisoners. In this regard, an official said that 1,966 prisoners will be sent from jails to Nasir Hospital in Gaza in buses.

Prime Minister Netanyahu’s spokesperson gave this information

Prime Minister Netanyahu’s spokesman said that the Palestinian prisoners will be released only when all the hostages reach Israel. He also said that all the bodies of the dead hostages would not be recovered on Monday.

What did the Israeli Foreign Ministry say?

The Israeli Foreign Ministry has confirmed the identities of the first seven hostages released by Hamas. “We have been waiting 738 days to say this. Welcome home,” the Ministry of External Affairs wrote on social media platform X.

Names of seven released hostages revealed

The names of the first seven hostages released are: Guy Gilboa Dalal, Eitan Mor, Matan Angrest, Alon Ohel, Gali and Ziv Berman, and Omri Miran. These hostages are now being taken from Gaza to Israel, where their initial medical examination will be done. This release is part of an important step in the ongoing ceasefire agreement between Israel and the Palestinian sides.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated US President Donald Trump on the success of Gaza peace agreement. Israel and Hamas on Thursday (9 October 2025) signed an agreement to release Israeli hostages in exchange for a ceasefire and Palestinian prisoners. This Gaza is part of the peace initiative being taken by Trump.

PM Modi congratulated the US President

PM Modi posted on Twitter: “Spoke to my friend, President Donald Trump, and congratulated him on the success of the historic Gaza peace plan. Also reviewed the good progress made in the trade deal. Agreed to stay in close touch in the coming weeks.”

Israel-Hamas agreement

The signing of this agreement was confirmed after talks between officials of both sides in Egypt. This is the biggest step taken so far towards ending the two-year-long war. Under this agreement, ceasefire will be implemented in Gaza. Israel will partially withdraw from Gaza and the hostages held by Hamas will be released, in exchange for which Israel will release the Palestinian prisoners in its custody.

No form of terrorism is acceptable: PM Modi

PM Modi spoke to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on phone and congratulated him on the Gaza peace agreement. PM Modi posted on Twitter and wrote, “Called my friend Prime Minister Netanyahu to congratulate him on the progress made under President Trump’s Gaza peace plan. We welcome the agreement on the release of hostages and increased humanitarian assistance to the people of Gaza. Terrorism in any shape or form is unacceptable anywhere in the world.”

The Gaza Health Ministry said in a statement on Sunday that 67,139 Palestinians were killed and 169,583 others were injured in Israeli attacks on Gaza since October 7, 2023. Most of those killed are civilians, including many women and children.

Trump gave relief on generic medicines

No final agreement has been reached yet regarding the trade deal between India and America. Continuous talks are taking place between the representatives of both the countries regarding this. Meanwhile, America has currently postponed the plan to impose tariff on generic drug imports (Trump Tariff on Generic Drug). This decision of Trump will provide great relief to Indian pharmaceutical companies. Indian pharmaceutical companies produce about 50 percent of generic drugs in the US.

US President Donald Trump ordered Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu to stop the bombing and said that Hamas is ready for peace. Apart from this, I also agree to accept some other conditions of the American plan to release the hostages and end the war. However, despite this order, Israel is not taking the name of stopping. Meanwhile, Gaza officials said that Israel attacked Gaza on Saturday (4 October 2025). Six people died in Gaza Strip in Israeli shelling. Medical workers and local officials said that four people were killed in a house in Gaza city in one attack, while in the second attack, two other people were killed in Khan Younis in the south.

President Trump had presented his 20-sutriya Gaza Shanti Yojana a few days ago, warning Hamas to accept it by Sunday (5 October 2025) or suffer serious consequences. Trump claims that the scheme can open a practical route for the release of hostages and the end of war. Trump wrote on his social media platform Truth Social that Israel should stop bombing Gaza immediately so that we can take the hostage safe and quickly out. It is not just about Gaza. It is about the long -standing permanent peace in the Middle East. Trump has described himself as the only person capable of bringing peace in Gaza and said that he is investing political capital to end this two -year -old war.

Netanyahu’s government gave positive response

The office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that the government is preparing to implement the first phase of Trump’s Gaza Yojana immediately. According to Israeli media reports, the country’s political leadership has instructed the army to reduce aggressive activities in Gaza. The Israeli military head also said that the army has been ordered to be prepared for the implementation of the first phase, although he did not clarify whether it is a step towards the ceasefire or not.

Hamas reaction ready for peace

Palestinian organization Hamas, who controls Gaza, has expressed partial consent on Trump’s plan. Hamas leaders said that they are ready to talk about the release and ceasefire of the hostages, but for this they should guarantee Gaza’s human condition to improve and remove the blockade. This reaction of Hamas has come after Trump’s ultimatum deciding till Sunday. This indicates that the diplomatic route between the two sides may open, if Israel limits its military action.

Pressure of public and hostage families tired of war

The resentment among hostage families and common citizens is increasing due to the continuation of war in Israel. The families of the hostages have appealed to the Netanyahu government to “start talks immediately for a safe return of all the hostages. On the one hand there is increasing demand for peace inside Israel, on the other hand their right -wing allies are adamant on continuing war. Political experts believe that Netanyahu can now try to reduce domestic dissatisfaction through trumps.

Things in Gaza frightening

According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, more than 66,000 people have been killed in the Israeli military attacks so far, most of which are citizens. Constant bombing has made more than half of Gaza’s population homeless, and there is a huge shortage of food and medical supply in many areas. International relief agencies say that there have been situations like famine in Gaza. Human organizations have appealed to the United Nations to immediately arrange a ceasefire and aid corridors.

Struggle started from 7 October 2023
The war began on 7 October 2023 when Hamas attacked Israel. In this attack 1,200 Israeli citizens were killed and 251 people were taken hostage and taken to Gaza. Israel says that 48 hostage are still in Gaza, out of which 20 are said to be alive. Since this incident, there has been a continuous war between the two sides, which has destroyed the entire Middle East.

The long running war in Gaza may stop now. President Donald Trump has revealed the US arbitration to end the Gaza war on Monday (September 29). He said that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin has come close to finalizing the agreement with Netanyahu. The special thing is that many countries have agreed to Pakistan on Trump’s peace agreement.

Talking about the support from Arab and Muslim countries, Trump said, “I want to thank many Arab and Muslim countries for supporting this proposal after talks with my friends and partners in the entire region. Europe has been very active in this. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Turkia President Erdogan And I have held meetings and conversations with the President of Indonesia. ”

US President praised Shahbaz and Munir

Trump praised Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and his army chief Asim Munir for supporting Gaza Shanti Plan. He said, “The Prime Minister of Pakistan and Field Marshal Munir was with us from the beginning. He has just issued a statement that he fully believes in this agreement. There is a big notice from the Prime Minister of Pakistan and Field Marshal that they support 100% of it. ”

If everything goes right, the war will stop

The conflict between Israel and Hamas began in October 2023. Hamas had attacked Israel from Gaza Patti. Many Israeli citizens were killed in this attack. After this the war could not stop. Although everything is right, peace can be established in Gaza.
