On Sunday (November 23), Israel carried out a major airstrike in Dahiye, a southern area of Lebanon’s capital Beirut. Israel Defense Forces (IDF) claims that Hezbollah’s Chief of Staff Haytham Ali Tabatabai has been killed in this strike. However, this has not been confirmed yet by Hezbollah. The attack was so strong that after the blast, people started running out of the buildings and there was panic in the entire area. Many vehicles and buildings were also damaged.

How long has the conflict been going on?

The fighting between Israel and Hezbollah has been going on since October 8 last year. Hezbollah started this war to help its allies in Gaza. Tension increased further after Israel’s ‘Pager Operation’ in September.

Who was Tabatabai?

According to the IDF, Tabatabai had been working for Hezbollah since the 1980s. He created a special unit named Redwan Force. Took responsibility for many operations in Syria. Led the fighting on the Israel-Lebanon border last year. Later he was made the Chief of General Staff of Hezbollah. In the year 2018, America had also announced a reward of 5 million dollars for any information about him.

Common people also died in the attack

Lebanon’s Health Ministry said that at least 5 people died and more than 20 were injured in this attack. This major attack in Beirut after several months created fear among the people.

America was not told earlier

According to American officials, Israel had not informed America about this attack in advance. Washington got information about this only after the attack. However, it was also said that America had an idea that Israel might soon take some major action in Lebanon. After this attack the situation in the area has become more tense. Now all eyes are on Hezbollah’s reaction.

An important meeting took place in Türkiye amid the ongoing tension in Gaza and the fragile ceasefire environment. Foreign ministers of Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Jordan, Pakistan, Indonesia and Türkiye participated in this meeting. All the leaders discussed creating an International Peace Force in Gaza. The meeting took place in Istanbul, the purpose of which was to strengthen joint efforts of Muslim countries to bring lasting peace in Gaza.

In the meeting, monitoring of the ceasefire, security of humanitarian aid and the structure of the international force in Gaza were discussed in detail. Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said, “Negotiations are ongoing on the proposed international force for Gaza. This force is not yet fully formed and a final decision has not been taken on its responsibilities.” He said that this initiative is in the initial stage, but all the countries have promised cooperation to bring stability in Gaza. Some countries have also shown readiness to send peacekeepers to Gaza so that the situation in the area can become normal after the ceasefire.

There have been reports of ceasefire violations several times

Although the ceasefire is in force since October 10, there have been reports of its violations several times. The situation in Gaza is still extremely critical and the humanitarian crisis is continuously increasing. This unity of Muslim countries has come at a time when the debate regarding Gaza is intense across the world. Many countries are trying to establish peace through the United Nations or through regional cooperation. But many diplomatic challenges may arise regarding the formation and operation of this force. Israel has already made it clear that it will decide which country’s army will enter Gaza.

Bodies of three hostages found in Gaza

Meanwhile, Israel said that the Red Cross has found the bodies of three hostages in Gaza, who will soon be handed over to the Israeli army. Hamas said the bodies were found in a tunnel in southern Gaza. After the ceasefire that came into effect on October 10, bodies of 17 hostages have so far been returned, while 11 are still in Gaza. Israel has sought to speed up the process of identifying the bodies and claimed that some bodies are not those of hostages.

Vladimir Putin Statement: Russian President Vladimir Putin completely rejected the new sanctions imposed by the US on his country’s two largest oil companies. He said that these sanctions are an attempt to put pressure on Moscow, but Russia will not succumb to any external pressure.

Putin said, ‘No self-respecting country does anything under pressure.’ His comments came when Washington imposed stringent sanctions on Russia’s two major oil companies, Rosneft and Lukoil. This step of America has been taken in response to Russia’s refusal for immediate ceasefire in Ukraine.

‘Oil prices will increase due to sanctions’

Vladimir Putin claimed that he had already warned US President Donald Trump that these sanctions could destabilize the global energy market and increase oil prices, which would also affect America itself. He said, ‘We had said very clearly that this will affect global oil prices, including the US.’

The situation has once again worsened amid the ongoing tussle between Israel and Hamas regarding the ceasefire. According to the latest information, the Israeli Army has taken new military action in Gaza. According to news agency Reuters, this attack took place when America accused Hamas of plotting violence against Palestinian citizens in the Gaza Strip. It is being told that the tension between the two sides is continuously increasing and the hopes of ceasefire now seem to be weakening. In such a situation, the question is, can’t Hamas complain about this? After all, what is the law for this?

Bombs fell again on Gaza

The conflict between Israel and Hamas is once again on the rise. According to latest reports, the Israeli Air Force has bombed several places in Gaza, in which many buildings and bases have been destroyed. Israel says that this action has been taken to target Hamas positions, while the Palestinian side alleges that civilians have been targeted in these attacks. Now the biggest question that arises is whether Hamas or Palestine can complain about this bombing on any international forum?

what does international law say

According to the United Nations Charter and international human rights law, military action taken by any country is considered justified only if it is done in self-defense or with the permission of the United Nations Security Council. If a country attacks another area without permission, it is a violation of international law.

Hamas is a terrorist organization

However, there is a catch here that Hamas is not considered a UN recognized government, but many countries, including the US and the European Union, consider it as a terrorist organization. For this reason, Hamas cannot directly file a complaint with the International Court of Justice or the International Criminal Court.

role of palestine

Palestine, which is partially recognized by the United Nations, is a member of the ICC. Therefore, the Palestinian Authority may demand an investigation into such attacks. In fact, earlier in 2021, the ICC had started an investigation into the attacks in Gaza and the West Bank, in which allegations of crimes against humanity against both sides were reviewed.

What could be the result?

Such investigations in international courts take years and their results are often influenced by political pressures. Israel, which is not a member of the ICC, does not recognize any such investigation order. Therefore, in practice, Hamas or Palestine have very limited options.

Also read: If Putin is arrested, this weapon of Russia will become active, there will be destruction in the whole world simultaneously!

After the peace agreement between Israel and Hamas in Gaza, all the hostages were released, but the name of Vipin Joshi, a resident of Nepal, was not in the list of release. His parents were heartbroken to see their son not among the released hostages. For the last two years, he was hopeful that one day his son would return home, but now Hamas has confirmed the death of Vipin Joshi. The organization has said that his body will be handed over to Israel. According to reports from BBC and Al Jazeera, Hamas will hand over the body of Vipin Joshi to Israeli authorities. After this the process of bringing his body to Nepal will be started.

Surprisingly, Vipin Joshi was also seen in the photographs of Israeli hostages released by Hamas last month. This is why questions are now being raised that if he was alive till September 21, then how did he die suddenly? After all, why did Hamas kill the only Hindu hostage, who neither had any connection with the Israel-Hamas war nor was he a citizen of that area.

Know what is the whole matter

When Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, 2023, 10 citizens of Nepal were also killed. One of them was Vipin Joshi, who was taken hostage from the Alumim Kibbutz, where he was working. Ever since Vipin’s kidnapping, his family had started making continuous efforts for his safe return. In August 2024, his mother Padma Joshi and 17-year-old sister Pushpa went to Israel. He took part in rallies held in Hostage Square in Tel Aviv, demanding the release of the hostages.

Many lives were saved by putting themselves in danger

Now that Vipin’s death has been confirmed, everyone is asking what happened in the last 20-25 days due to which he was murdered? Hamas has not yet made public the cause or reason of his death. According to the information, Vipin had shown extraordinary bravery on the day of the attack. He saved the lives of many colleagues by risking his own life. According to Nepali students who worked with him, when Hamas attacked the farm, Vipin picked up a grenade and threw it back towards Hamas, due to which many people were saved. After this, Hamas fighters caught him.

The video was released from the possession of Hamas

Vipin was seen in a hospital in Gaza in several videos released from the capture of Hamas. In another video, he was seen smiling while introducing himself, which gave hope to his family that he was alive.

There was a flood of emotions in Tel Aviv city of Israel on Monday (13 October 2025). After the release of 20 Israeli hostages by Hamas after two years of captivity in Gaza, an echo of flags, flowers and slogans of Welcome Home were heard in the city’s Hostage Square. People wrote on social media that it seems as if the whole of Israel has gathered in Tel Aviv today to welcome its citizens.

A huge board was put up on the city beach, on which Thank You was written in big letters. This board was created to be visible from the US aircraft Air Force One, in order to publicly thank President Donald Trump for his role in the Gaza ceasefire talks.

Hamas releases seven hostages, prepares to release 20 more

Hamas released 7 Israeli hostages on Monday (13 October 2025). This release is part of the first phase of the ceasefire agreement on the ongoing conflict in Gaza. Under this agreement, Hamas has agreed to release a total of 20 Israeli hostages, in exchange for which Israel will release 1,900 Palestinian prisoners. No official information has been given so far about the identity and health condition of the released hostages.

The path to peace mediated by Donald Trump

US President Donald Trump announced on October 9 that Israel and Hamas had agreed to a ceasefire in Gaza and the release of prisoners. This agreement was reached after several days of negotiations in the Egyptian city of Sharm el-Sheikh. Representatives of Israel, Hamas, Egypt and America were involved in these talks. According to sources, in this agreement the Trump administration laid special emphasis on the establishment of human corridor, safe release of hostages and providing aid to Gaza.

The conflict started from the incident of 7 October 2023

This ceasefire has come in the background of the conflict, which started with the Hamas attack on October 7, 2023. That day, Hamas terrorists launched a massive attack on Israel, killing 1,219 people, most of whom were civilians. Hamas took 251 people hostage and took them to Gaza. After this, Israel launched a military campaign on Gaza, due to which thousands of Palestinians were killed and millions were displaced. Now this ceasefire has brought relief and hope for peace for both the sides.

An atmosphere of unity and relief in Tel Aviv

After the release of the hostages, people in cities like Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Haifa held candle-lit thanksgiving ceremonies. Many families held photographs of their loved ones, hugged each other in Hostage Square and shed tears of joy. The Israeli Prime Minister’s Office issued a statement saying that this agreement is the result of both humanitarian responsibility and diplomatic success. He expressed his gratitude to all those countries who cooperated in this process.

Main terms of ceasefire

According to this phase one agreement, Hamas will gradually release 20 Israeli hostages and Israel will release 1,900 Palestinian prisoners. Both sides will maintain a ceasefire for 72 hours and humanitarian aid will be delivered to Gaza with the help of the United Nations and Egypt.

Israel and Hamas have agreed on the first phase of a peace deal after US mediation. US President Donald Trump announced this through a social media post on Thursday (October 9). The United Nations has also reacted on this matter. UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres has welcomed the peace plan. He also said that the hostages should be released soon with respect.

“I welcome the announcement of Donald Trump’s proposed agreement to ensure a ceasefire in Gaza and the release of hostages,” UN Secretary-General Guterres said via email. America, Qatar, Egypt and Turkey have made it successful. I appreciate his diplomatic efforts.

He said, “I appeal to all concerned parties to fully comply with all the terms of this agreement.” All hostages should be released with dignity. Permanent ceasefire should be ensured. This struggle must now stop forever.

UN promised to support

Guterres said, “The supply of humanitarian aid and essential goods to Gaza should flow without any problems. People’s pain has to end forever. The United Nations will fully cooperate in making this agreement successful.

Let us tell you that the long running war between Israel and Hamas is about to end. Under the agreement between the two, the prisoners will be released soon. Along with this, changes have also been made in the map of Gaza. According to the Associated Press, Hamas will release all 20 surviving hostages by the end of this week.

The ongoing war in Gaza is not over yet. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Sunday that only the release of hostages "First stage" It is believed that what will happen after this, the conversation is still going on.

Rubio said that Hamas has originally accepted the peace proposal of President Donald Trump, and the conversation on the outline set for the release of the hostages is going on. He said that meetings are going on on logistic aspects of this agreement, and America is keeping a close watch on the situation.

He said, & ldquo; Hamas has also agreed that further process will be discussed after the release of the hostages. Although many important points are yet to be agreed. & Rdquo;

According to Rubio, it will not take much time to find out whether Hamas is really serious about this agreement. He said, & ldquo; Our priority is the release of hostages, in return for which in Israel Gaza prescribed in mid -August & lsquo; Yellow line & rsquo; Till your army will consider retreating. & Rdquo;

  & ldquo; Second stage is the most difficult & rdquo;

Rubio said that it would be the most difficult task to decide the long -term future of Gaza. He further said, & nbsp; & ldquo; When Israel takes back its army, then the question will arise, what will arise next? Can such a Palestinian leadership be prepared in Gaza that is technically capable but not connected to Hamas? & Rdquo;

He further said that & ldquo; How to deactivate terrorist organizations from Gaza, how to destroy the tunnels and how to bring armed factions on a peaceful path, & rdquo; This will be the biggest challenge of the coming time.

Hamas said on Friday that he agrees to some points of US President Donald Trump’s peace plan to end the Gaza war. The organization has given a positive indication on the release of the hostages and the administration of the Gaza strip to an independent Palestinian body. However, he made it clear that he wants to interact further on many other conditions of the plan.

According to a report by Reuters, Hamas gave his official response to Trump’s 20-Autial plan. The US President had given Hamas a deadline to accept or reject the proposal by Sunday. Trump did not clarify whether any amendment or interaction in the terms of the proposal is possible or not, while Hamas wants to discuss it.

Silence on leaving weapons

Significantly, Hamas did not tell in this statement whether he is ready to accept the condition of disarmament. Israel and America have been demanding Hamas to leave weapons for a long time, but the organization has been rejecting it continuously.

What did Hamas say?

Hamas said in his statement, “We appreciate Arabia, Islamic and International Efforts, including US President Donald Trump’s efforts, seeking to end the war on Gaza, exchange prisoners and get admission to humanitarian aid.” Hamas further said that he according to the terms of the trump “all the occupied prisoners- whether they are alive or agree to release their remains, ensure the required ground conditions.”

The organization also said that it is ready to start a detailed talks through intermediaries immediately. Apart from this, he also obeyed the administration of the Gaza strip to hand over an independent Palestinian body or group of technical experts, which should be the support of Palestinian national consent and Arabian-Islamic countries.

White House did not respond

The plan of US President Donald Trump immediately includes the Ceasefire, the occupation of Hamas, instead of the release of hostages, the exchange of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails, the return of the Israeli army in a phased manner from Gaza, healing of Hamas and the installation of a temporary government under the supervision of an international body are included.

At the same time, the White House did not immediately comment on Hamas’s response. This proposal has support from Israel as well as many Arab and European countries.

The long running war in Gaza may stop now. President Donald Trump has revealed the US arbitration to end the Gaza war on Monday (September 29). He said that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin has come close to finalizing the agreement with Netanyahu. The special thing is that many countries have agreed to Pakistan on Trump’s peace agreement.

Talking about the support from Arab and Muslim countries, Trump said, “I want to thank many Arab and Muslim countries for supporting this proposal after talks with my friends and partners in the entire region. Europe has been very active in this. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Turkia President Erdogan And I have held meetings and conversations with the President of Indonesia. ”

US President praised Shahbaz and Munir

Trump praised Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and his army chief Asim Munir for supporting Gaza Shanti Plan. He said, “The Prime Minister of Pakistan and Field Marshal Munir was with us from the beginning. He has just issued a statement that he fully believes in this agreement. There is a big notice from the Prime Minister of Pakistan and Field Marshal that they support 100% of it. ”

If everything goes right, the war will stop

The conflict between Israel and Hamas began in October 2023. Hamas had attacked Israel from Gaza Patti. Many Israeli citizens were killed in this attack. After this the war could not stop. Although everything is right, peace can be established in Gaza. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has agreed on Trump’s plan.
