At 10:10 am on January 12, gold with expiry of February 5 was trading at Rs 1,40,795 on MCX. Which shows an increase of about Rs 2000 from the previous day’s closing price. MCX Gold had reached a high level of Rs 1,41,250 in early trade.

Silver with expiry of March 5, 2026 was trading at Rs 2,61,766 (per kg) on ​​MCX. Which shows a jump of about Rs 9000 from the previous day’s closing price.
