Gold Silver Price Today: There is a strong rise in the prices of gold and silver in the domestic futures market on Monday, 23 February. Gold futures with expiry of April 2, 2026 opened on Monday at Rs 1,58,458 (per 10 grams) on Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). On its last trading day, gold on MCX had closed trading at Rs 1,56,876.

At around 9:55 am on February 23, gold with expiry of April 2 was trading at Rs 1,59,716 on MCX, up 1.81 per cent or about Rs 2900. Gold futures had reached a high of Rs 1,60,600 in early trade. Let us know the latest prices of gold and silver in major cities…

On MCX, silver with expiry of March 5, 2026 was trading at Rs 2,66,629 (per kg), up by 5.41 per cent or Rs 13,685. Silver started the trading day at Rs 2,63,061. The high level of silver during the day’s trading was Rs 2,68,875.

Silver prices have increased in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai. Today, 10 grams of silver is being sold at the rate of Rs 3,000 in Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai. At the same time, to buy 100 grams of silver, customers will have to spend Rs 30,000. The price of 10 grams of silver in Chennai is Rs 3,000.
