About one-third of the total students involved in research admitted that they had bad and scary dreams.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Research revealed that dairy products like milk, cheese, yogurt, ice cream and chocolate, cake, pastry and sweets besides sharp curry, chutney and snacks affect the sleep and lifestyle of the people. Its effect was most common on those who had already had any kind of food allergy. After eating dairy products, many people had gas, stomach pain and constipation problems. Due to this, he either had difficulty in getting sleep or again and again, there was scary dreams.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">If you want to get good sleep at night and get relief from body fatigue, then you can make a little change in your night diet. Eating some special foods before sleeping not only makes sleep better but also gets rid of many problems.</p>
