After excluding about 200 employees last month, Google has again fired more than 100 staff this month. According to reports, the extracted employees were mainly engaged in designing work and this retrench has affected the Quantitative user Experience Research, Platform and Service Experience Departments of Cloud Division.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;" data-start="57" data-end="510"><strong>Tremendous trimming in Google</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;" data-start="512" data-end="786">The responsibility of these employees was to find out the behavior pattern of users through data, survey and research, so that the product can help in designing. The number of staff in many teams was reduced to half, while some other employees were asked to be ready for other roles by December.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;" data-start="788" data-end="1013">This pruning in Google is part of institutional change, in which AI is constantly being emphasized. The company is investing on AI Infrastructure and is increasing focus on important areas for business by planting resources in those places.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;" data-start="1015" data-end="1451">This is the second time in the cloud division of Google for the second time in two months. Last month, more than 200 employees working on contract, who were working in AI Tools such as Gemini and AI overview, were also fired. The reports mentioned the low salary of workers, insecurity over jobs and increasing tension between staff-management. Some employees believe that they were evacuated because they protested against working conditions.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;" data-start="1453" data-end="1607">Significantly, earlier this year, Google had trimmed the cloud unit to focus on important business areas in the long run.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Google new memo:</strong> The new decree of Sundar Pichai -led tech company Google recently has increased the difficulties of many workers. In the month of February this year, Google fired many people from its cloud and HR teams. Google had cited behind this that it was better to operate and remove the layers made in the company.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Apart from this, Google also showed the way out to hundreds of employees posted in devices divisions and other units earlier this month. According to The Street, about 25 thousand employees are working in full time in this unit, which are deployed in Android, Pixel, Chrome, Fitbit and other Google devices and appcilies.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Google&#8217;s difficult decision to increase</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The tech company warned its employees before trimmed and also offered boyouts. After the employees are removed, now the company has taken another such decision which is going to increase the difficulties of the employees. Many units of the company can be affected by this decision. According to the CNBC report, Google told its employees working far and wide that if they do not appear in the office for three days a week, then their job can go. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The internal memorandum issued by the company has been released and it has been informed about the change in the working of the employees of Google Technical Services. In this, employees of Google Technical Services are being asked to work in hybrid models completely from remote work. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Employees increased difficulties</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">For this, the cost of the employees is also being given to the employees from the arrears, so that fifty miles from the office. However, people who are living within 50 miles from the office can work from their home. In the memorandum given to the employees of different, it has been said that they should set a certain time limit so that three or five days a week work from the office or will be ready for termination. </p>
