<p style="text-align: justify;">1. To make tasty and healthy gourd pakoras in the house, first wash and peel the gourd and then grate it. Now squeeze this grated gourd thoroughly so that all its water comes out. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. Now put squeezed gourd in a large bowl. Add gram flour and rice flour, then add turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, garam masala and salt to it. Now add finely chopped green chillies, coriander and ginger-garlic paste. Prepare a thick mixer by mixing everything. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. After this, heat oil in a pan. When the oil becomes medium hot, add a little mixture to it with a spoon or hand. Keep in mind that the oil should not be too hot, otherwise the pakoras will burn from outside and will remain raw from inside. Therefore, fry the pakodo on medium heat till it becomes golden and crispy. </p>
