According to IMA, more than Rs 1.21 lakh crore for the treatment done by private hospitals under the Ayushman Bharat Scheme is still outstanding, so the payment is delayed, low package rates and complex claim process delayed payments, low package rates and complicated claim process have broken the back of private hospitals.
