<p style="text-align: justify;">In Latur, Maharashtra, a 36 -year -old Child Development Project Officer allegedly committed suicide due to his last chance to appear in the Union Public Service Commission examination. The police gave this information in this matter on Monday. The official said that Ramdas Shriram, a resident of Nanded&#8217;s face tehsil of Nanded, was found dead in a lodge here on Sunday.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Lost the last opportunity to sit in UPSC</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">According to the information, an official said, &#8220;Shriram had told his family that he was going to Amravati for training, but he came here and took a room in a lodge. After this, when he did not open the door of his room on Sunday, the employees informed the police. When the police broke the door, he was found hanging from the noose.&#8221;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">An official said that in his suicide note recovered from the room, the officer wrote that he lost the last opportunity to appear in the UPSC exam, causing him to be deep depression and he was forced to take this drastic step.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In this suicide note, he also requested that his death not be shown in the media, so that the other candidates preparing for the competitive examination are not broken. ”</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>  Group was appointed as officers of &#8216;B&#8217;</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">After this, according to the police, Shriram passed the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) examination and was appointed as Group &#8216;B&#8217; Child Development Project Officer.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The official said, &#8220;He had completed four months training in Nagpur and recently he had received an order to deploy in Amravati. We have registered a case of accidental death and sent the body for post -mortem. The police is now investigating further.&#8221;</p>

<p>The recruitment of Mechanical Engineers of Indian Railway Service is also done through UPSC Special Class Railway Apprentice Examination.</p>
<p><strong>Group B category: </strong>Group B officials are recruited by Group C by promotion (promotion). The posts of Group B in Railways are also of the officer category. Some posts are selected through UPSC and the rest are filled with promotion. Group A and Group B posts in Indian Railways are gazetted.</p>
<p><strong>Group C category: </strong>Group C recruitment is done by the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), which work under the Railway Recruitment Control Board (RRCB). These Railway Recruitment Board are the main recruitment agencies for zonal railway and production units. In this, applications are made for various posts of Group C through both technical and non-technical examinations.</p>
<p>Group C is included in technical services:</p>

<p><strong>Group D category: </strong>Group D is recruited at the departmental level. It can also be done by the Regional Railway headquarters.</p>
<p>Posts under Group D: Gateman, Helper, Khalasi, Trolleman, Trackman, Hospital Attendant, Pointman, Assistant Pointman, Porter. The posts of Group C and Group D in Indian Railways are non-gazetted.</p>
