Use of supplements or steroids has now become common to go to the gym, take energy drinks and get quick results. But in the midst of this trend, incidents like cardiac arrest are increasing concern. Many youth die during exercise in the gym. In view of this danger, the Punjab government has issued a health advisory for those going to the gym and players for the first time.</p>
<p><strong>Why is the danger of cardiac arrest increasing?</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Health experts say that many youth start heavy exercise without doing medical checkups. Apart from this, excessive intake of easily found in the market has a huge effect on heart and liver. The report has also revealed that ventilation is very bad in many gyms. Indoor air pollution and lack of oxygen can also cause sudden health emergency conditions.</p>
<p><strong>What was said in the government&#8217;s advisory?</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This advisory of the Punjab government clearly states that health screening is necessary before starting fitness. Apart from this, the government has instructed the gym and sports centers to put the advisory on the notice board so that every visitor can be alerted.</p>

<p><strong>Why is CPR necessary?</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Suddenly in cardiac arrest, the heartbeat stops and the body does not get oxygen. If CPR i.e. cardiopulmonary residence is given immediately, then human life can be saved. For this reason, the Punjab government has started a campaign to teach CPR and BLS to gym users, trainers and sportspersons across the state.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Lesson for youth</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It is a good thing to get fitness in the gym, but this is beneficial only when you exercise safely. Taking over-surprise, steroids and energy drinks can take your life only for showing. The real fitness is the same in which both your heart and body are healthy.</p>
