Hafiz Saeed Pakistan: Pakistan Markji Muslim League (PMML), a political party of Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JUD), a banned organization of Hafiz Saeed, the mastermind of the Mumbai terror attack, held rallies in more than 50 cities to express their support for Pakistan’s army. The meetings of PMML were held under the patronage of the federal, Punjab and Sindh governments. Most of the rallies were held in the Punjab province of Pakistan.

PMML President Khalid Masood Sindhu said at a rally, “The whole country stands with the Pakistani armed forces on Yom-e-Takbir (May 28), because 27 years ago, on the same day (in 1998), Pakistan had a nuclear power.” The major cities of which were held rallies of PMML include Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi and Peshawar.

Pahalgam’s mastermind joined anti -India rally

Lashkar-e-Taiba’s commander Saifullah Kasuri also attended anti-India rallies. Kasuri Pahalgam is also the mastermind of the terrorist attack. He is one of the important members of Lashkar. Hafiz Saeed’s son Talha Saeed also attended the recent rally.
