Hardik Pandya will return

Shardul Thakur told in the post match press conference on Thursday, “Hardik is injured, hence could not participate in the last 3 matches. He was present in Raipur for the match with RCB, but could not play. He is currently practicing in Mumbai and I hope that he will join the team in Kolkata on May 20 and play.”

Mumbai Indians have so far been able to register only four wins after playing 12 matches in the entire season. She has been eliminated from the playoff race. The main reason for Mumbai’s poor performance has been attributed to Hardik Pandya’s captaincy, for which he has had to be trolled a lot. If we look at the individual figures, Hardik scored only 146 runs in IPL 2026 and took 4 wickets in bowling.
