Actor Harsh Chhaya is in the news these days regarding his personal life. Recently, in an interview, he spoke openly about his relationship and divorce with his ex-wife Shefali Shah. Also told that he had realized 8-9 months ago that this marriage would not last long and I had prepared myself.

In an interview with ET Times, Harsh Chhaya said, ‘I had already started seeing that our relationship was going towards a dead end. When I was told that I could no longer live with you, I had prepared myself mentally several months before that. I did not let those difficult times overpower me and gave importance to work. I had made my career by coming to Mumbai from Delhi, that is why I did not want to let myself break.

Harsh went on dates after divorce

He further said that there was no need to show oneself as strong in such difficult times. Whatever is being felt should be accepted. I felt sad, angry and regretted many things for 5-6 months. After the divorce, I went on several dates in 2-3 months. This helped me to control myself and move forward. It is necessary to give time to move ahead in life. He also said that divorce is not a big deal. He and Shefali decided to amicably separate before things dragged on too much.

Shefali and Harsh have moved ahead in life

Let us tell you that Shefali and Harsh met on the sets of ‘Hasratein’ and they fell in love. After this, both of them got married in 1994, however their marriage did not succeed and both of them separated in 2000. After the divorce, Shefali married Vipul Amritlal Shah and has two sons, Aryaman and Maurya. Harsh also married Sunita Sengupta and moved his life forward.
